Wonderful smaller proofing basket
I wanted a smaller basket to make smaller sourdough loaves. These worked really well and handled 1 recipe of my sourdough. This way I have well baked smaller loaves to give to friends. I could bake 2 at a time in one dutch oven. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality and value with cloth covers that hold up well.
These bigger bannatons just arrived and they look great. I have the smaller version and they have held up well, including the cloth covers. Wash them once with water before you start using them and then enjoy. Great value for the price and quality.

Great baskets
Absolutely lovely baskets. Perfect size, easy to use, creates the most beautiful shape for loaves of bread. Easy to clean and use for baking bread:) I personally put the dough into the liner and it doesn’t stick to it at all! Which is great! Definitely recommend. I’m just a beginner and it was perfect for beginners.

Love these proofing baskets!
These have been great! I have had them for a year now, using them for my sourdough bread. Still durable and easy to clean. No problems with them. The size is perfect regular size loafs. Not too expensive, and I use these weekly.

Great for sourdough
Wish I would have gotten them sooner. They’re so much better than using a reg bowl and tea towels. The lining is easily washable. Good quality baskets . Only have used for sourdough not yeasted dough.

I just LOVE them.. I bake sourdough bread on Sundays and the breads coming from these basket have just the right size to give them away or freeze for the week!

They are mini and hold an approximate 300 gram sourdough loaf (about the size of a coke can before it bakes/rises) but perfect for small portions or gifting baked goods to people. Good quality. Would highly recommend.
