Works great under my desk. I like that it rocks to give my legs some movement. Also can massage my feet.

I have had this now for a year, I love it as its very helpful when im not standing and my feet hurt, but I just went to fix the height and 3 pieces were broken and now I can only have it at the lowest level. Guess I will have to purchase a new one.

I purchased the HUANUO Footrest after not getting any pain relief from using the Everlasting Gel Memory Foam Gel. Which didn't give any ergonomic support because of being too soft. The rollers are the best, as they massage your foot. And can also use the footrest for rocking and pedaling. After extensively using it for 10 months (since I work from home), the footrest broke. I emailed to see if the Customer Service Team can provide me a replacement through warranty. I sent them images of the broken footrest and the Order#. They responded immediately and, within 2 days, sent me a new replacement footrest! Hence 5 Stars!!

I love this footrest and am very happy with it. I bought this footrest a year and a half ago and then one day it broke. I'm not sure what happened, just flipped it the wrong way and some plastic underneath broke. I wrote to the seller to replace it and they got right back to me. They asked me to send the old one, however I explained I had already thrown it away but told them what happened and they replaced it based on my word. I really appreciated the great customer service. In between I actually bought a different footrest thinking I might like a soft one instead. However, the soft one was too low. Also, the soft material wasn't as stable for helping my proper posture. I'm a full-time nursing student so I am at my desk ALL the time. I'm also an aging athlete and runner so I am super conscious about proper form while sitting. What I love most about this foot rest is that it's adjustable. My desk sits up on a high so this foot rest can be adjusted so that I can be ergonomically comfortable and my feet can sit on it as if they are on the floor. I can make it exactly the right height. Most are too shallow/short. I also like the rolling ball feature for a foot massage. I searched around and didn't see anything else as anything close to the height and adjustability as this one. I am very happy with both this original purchase and the sellers accommodation in replacing it when it broke.

Ordered this as I have restless legs and constantly need to move between sitting and standing as a result. I've had success by getting ergonomic foot rests at work for when I have to sit for long periods of time. This was for use at-home, purchased in July. Originally thought this was kind of clunky and difficult to adjust, so I put it into the highest setting and didn't mess with it after. It has more or less worked its intended purpose since that point. This past week, just using in normally, one of the pegs on the sides that helps hold the height setting snapped off; I tried super gluing the piece back on but it seems like this peg is intent to be free, so this is pretty much just piece of plastic that I'll need to throw away. Disappointing, as I thought overall this helped my overall seating position and I liked the roller feature as well.

So far this foot support does what it's advertised to do which is all I can ask of a product. The plastic seems sturdy although I'm technically not putting much weight on it. As with all products longevity will be the ultimate test of quality. Having the ability to adjust the angle of my legs during the work day definitely helps with my posture and lower back pain. I can't personally say whether the rotating balls in the center buy me anything. My only complaint is that I wish the product was less prone to slide on my office floor. I don't know if more weight in the base might help. Perhaps a ridge of non-sticky silicone substance running around the perimeter of the base unit where it contacts the floor might be in order.

I bought this footrest to use at work as I tend to get restless legs and fidgety, so I thought this could help with stretching during a long day at a desk and keep my legs in a more relaxed position. After using it for a few days, it's not very comfortable. The height doesn't lock very well so I can't get it to stay on the middle level, which is the most comfortable for me. But my biggest issue? The noise. I understand the free-floating feature is supposed to give the ability to stretch your legs, but if I adjust my weight (or even my foot position) in the slightest, this thing lets out an aggressively loud creaking noise from the joints. It's so loud, I'm not able to use it at work as it was disturbing my coworkers, so I can't even use it for the one thing I bought it for. IMO, if you want a footrest for work, go with a different brand/model that isn't made out of this cheap screaming plastic.

This is really helping my posture at work. Office furniture is not designed for 5'4" women. If my chair is at the right height to view my computer screen and my arms are at the correct angle, my feet dangle on the ground. This is really helping me be comfortable in my desk chair for long stretches. My only complaint is that the bottom part that is on the ground could be grippier. It slides a little bit on the carpet. Fortunately I can put mine against the side of my desk which corrects this flaw for the most part but I'd recommend putting grippers on the feet if you're on a slick surface. I think one side of Velcro might solve my issue here if I can ever get my act together!

This is a great ergonomic footrest, but it has one limitation. I put it on a hardwood floor and it wouldn't stay put. It kept sliding away. Finally, I put a rubberized bath mat underneath and presto I had a solution. It stayed put. It's a perfect height and the rotating base makes it comfortable to exercise my ankles while I'm at my desk for long periods of time. I don't know about it's long term durability because I've only used it for a month. I'll update this review if there's a problem in the future.

Good product

I work from home and I was looking for a footrest that would help support my bare feet. I found this to work quite well, but any time that I adjust the rest, like tilting it with my feet, it creaks. LOUDLY. it’s a little bit troublesome for me because I have meetings every now and then, and I fear that the people in the meeting can hear the creaks of this foot rest. I’m thinking of returning it for that reason, but it otherwise does its purpose.
