Super Friends: Flying High (DC Super Friends) (Step into Reading)

Very easy read. Short and to the point. Which makes it a top bedtime story. Great for beginner readers/ tiny DC comic lovers.

Great book for little ones. Son is 2.5 and loveess this book. He recites with me and it's a super easy read for a kid learning to read..my son isnt ready to learn read but it makes it fun to want to. I will definitely buy more of these. P.s fast bedtime book!

I bought this book for my son and read it to him every night. When he starts kinder and starting to read this is the book he keeps on reading since it shorter and words are easy for kids to sound it out.

This book is such an easy and great read for beginner readers I would suggest to anyone who has a learning reader at home with trouble focusing because my son loved this book and he loves batman so he wanted to pay attention to the storyline.

I've purchased several other similar books to this and decided to try out something from this particular line of early readers. My 3 (almost 4) year old is very into Batman and Superman right now and this book seemed just right. Overall, it's incredibly simple. This is definitely a book for your emergent reader with large print, very short sentences, and easy words. The plot is just as simple, but at least there is a plot. The artwork is good, with the large/chunky characters you see in many toys right now. Ultimately, this is designed for a little one to read on their own or be helped through and isn't a storybook for bedtime.

This is an engaging read for our first grader. It is not easy for him to read but he likes it enough he is willing to really work at it. He can be described as a struggling reader able to sound out cvc words and knows about 100 sight words. This is a nice read allowed as well with engaging illustrations. Also gives an opportunity to talk about the 3 species of birds featured in the story and where you would find them. Highly recommend.

Great way to teach your little one to read. My daguhter loves these books. They keep the little ones entertained with the pictures while getting her to visualize the worlds. She is very happy with it. I try to send her many Step-into-reading as I can. She has just learned to read comic books so this was a great find!!

Bought at the same time as the Super Friends toys this book is a bit more difficult than the 'phonic reader' series BUT it has super-heroes which is a great catch. Big, bold, bright colours and some simple text. Usual problem of being read so often it's now remembered rather than read but I am sure the content added to school's encouragement to read. p.s. This was bought for 4-5 year old.

The 6 year old bo who received this enjoyed it very much. Colored in it carefully.

This book is very Good for a 4 year old. Simple language and very easy to read. Highly recommend it
