Excellent flour for baking bread

The only brand flour I will use
King Arthur has always been known for quality flour. This is the only brand I use for baking. Taste and freshness is always apparent and the consistency is excellent. Definitely overpriced but you get what you pay for. I like that King Arthur offers organic options.

Yes! flour does make a difference.... use this to create amazing bread. sourdough bread! use half of this and half rye or wheat bread flour to get a great start to sourdough starter.

Great Flour Poor Shipping
I love this flour for making sourdough. My only complaint was that it was not packed well in shipping and arrived busted open. Big Mess to clean up! That said, the flour consistency is great and so fresh!
