It helps with learning your liquid to powder ratio, and helps step by step on how to do the nails correctly and is very easy to use and clean up is so easy as well! If your starting your nail journey I would suggest getting one of these mats and use it before trying to do any nails. This is kinda small but nice and super convenient for practice! I will be getting a lot of use out of this as for I start nail school in Sept And will use this to help me become a good nail tech and artist. Bought it to perfect my application and I think it will be perfect for that!
