Very well made game
Love the idea of the game being in a tin with a full board that unfolds & the wooden letters. Bought this to play with my 91 year old mother who loved playing Scrabble with friends years ago. Hoping she can do well with it & can enjoy it. Highly recommend this well made product.

Great quality, not cheap plastic!
I was very disappointed when I realized that Scrabble is now producing cheap plastic trays and tiles. This Scrabble in a tin is just what I wanted. The board is sturdy and the trays and tiles are the wooden type that I remember using as a kid. The tin did come a bit dented in the corner, but it doesn't really bother me. However, you may want to keep that in mind if you are sending as a gift. I think the price is also very fair. Don't waste your money on the budget plastic Scrabble

Tin Packaging - Never lose pieces again
Love it. I specifically wanted Scrabble in a tin. It seems that these days, the boxes games come in do not last very long. I prefer to buy in a tin if the option is available. That way, I know, the container should last a very long time and none of the game pieces will get lost. I bought the game to play with my 10 year old granddaughter.

VINTAGE LOOK!!
Everything I found in the stores local had plastic pieces, spinning boards and I was looking for the original wood set. This was a great fit.By the way, we played that night and enjoyed playing board game, which we rarely do. Taking with us to our daughters for a family challenge!You'll enjoy it - again - and the set is worth the price.

Nice quality game
I remember playing this game when I was a kid. This one with the metal box is very easy to store versus a long cardboard box. Keeps you mind working well also if you play it often !
