I was attempting to biolage my hair for the first time and this comb set was fairly effective for that but excellent for hair dye coverage

First came damaged- great customer service
My first order came with the teeth falling off or broken off all the paddles. Could have happened from shipping but I got a replacement 2 days later and it seems just fine. Study and the handle is exactly what my sister wanted as she is a hair stylist.

Great help
I use these to help with durability of my foils when doing others hair but not great when doing my own. Would definitely buy if you do highlights alot.

Not a bad sub
Great affordable alternative to a coo board. However I wish the boards were wider to accommodate a foil. The foils would bend and move while trying to saturate. I now paint on the board and transfer to a foil.

Great for highlights with foil
Great quality and has different size boards. Makes highlighting much easier. I use foil with mine of course.

These are honestly a godsend
I already have some paddles for highlighting and balayage, but they do not have the teeth on them. Lately I have been using the teasing method for a seamless blend and these work perfectly for holding the teased hair out of the way as I apply lightener or color. The various sizes make it easy to use them on any client. They are not flimsy and are comfortable to hold. I did not use they brush that comes with this set, as I already have brushes that I love to use.

we do our own highlights at home and usually use a cap. We occasionally use foils. For some reason this seemed a great idea but it was a little fiddly but once in place it was easy to brush down the length of the hair. The only trouble is you can’t get close enough to the scalp with this resulting in some highlights between 1cm - 1” away on average
