The product works well once I had instructions and the PC utility required to load the programmer.The seller was very prompt returning my inquiries, but to took more than one time to get all the information I needed.In the end, the seller provided me the attached QR code, which provided access to the instructions and the PC utility I needed.It is clear both use rough translations to English but they suffice.Operation is simple and quite straight forward.
