good grit, well made, reliable
As a hobbyist I have purchased a set of these. I feel the grit size is pretty reliable with no measurable larger grit. The grit has lasted hundreds of stones. They are flat, the grit has not broken free. well made.

Fastest way to sharpen a chisel!
I glued this to my 4×36 combination belt sander and it allows me to sharpen steel tools and knives extremely fast.

Works well for sharpening drills
I purchased the 8" 400 grit to use for sharpening drill bits on the side of my bench grinder wheel. Mounted to an 8" MDF wheel, the disc runs true and is well balanced. The lapping plate makes very quick work of sharpening drills without overheating them as tends to happen with aluminum oxide wheels. I also don't have to re-dress the wheel after each bit. The 400 grit leaves about the same grinding marks on the bits as a 100 grit AO stone, so I'm likely to go with the 600 or 1000 grit laps for replacements when the time comes.

thumbs down!!
not happy with it. The diamond came off with in 5 mins of grinding on a slow grinder and water.

Very happy with this disc
I needed a 60 grit polishing disc to work on a cut geode that had been cut poorly and had a divot on both halves. With a little bit of patience I was able to get a nice, flat surface on both halves. Now I can go on to the finer grit progression and polish the stone.
