I was having problems with my Home Depot Reverse Osmosis water filter made by GE. I decided it was time to upgrade to a better system. The GE system had two charcol filters and an RO filter. The cost for all three filters was over $100 and the cheap charcoal filters they are using now clogged the RO filter in 6 months. The iSpring system has a sediment filter inside a clear see through holder so you can see a problem before it ruins the RO filter. We have been using iSpring filters for years now. Have a system under kitchen sink. Very happy with it. Good clean water, great tasting as well.

Love the product but got a broken filter in this collection

These filters do a great job. I also have a whole house filtration by iSpring so the first filter is always clean but the other filters seem to do a great job. The drinking water and ice from refrigerator has great tasting water and ice. Filter changes are fairly easy to perform. Take a photo of the hoses prior to change to make things easier when putting back in. Two years of filters is great to have on hand. We get our water from a big reservoir in SE Texas, so think about the chemicals, urine from animals and even the dinosaurs that are always present in water. Those things never go away completely.

I ordered and received this item several months ago. My filters were due to be changed this month so when I opened the box, I realized that the FT-15 filters were missing. I called, and spoke with Michele from iSpring customer support! She was kind and very courteous. She also promised me to ship replacement filters out right away! I went away for the weekend, and to my surprise when I returned on Monday morning, the filters were waiting for me in my mailbox. iSpring is to be commended! Customer service like this, is unheard of in this day and age! I would like to add that this was my first time changing these filters and the tank, and I must confess that it was a breeze. The video provided on the iSpring YouTube site made it all seamless. The water pressure was good once the tank was changed and the color and quality of the water was excellent once I followed the procedure. Great product!

The affordability of replacement filters was the main reason I went with iSpring. Their filter cost is much lower than most competitors. The odd thing is, the box says "3 year replacement filters" while the Amazon add says only 2 years. Good news for me though, so to complaints here.

2018年から使い出したRCC7P用にストックします。 ミネラルカートリッジも付いているので、配管含めて追加してみます。 入口が80～120ppmの水なのでフィルターの持ちが良い気がして、１～２年の交換周期を伸ばして使っています。基本的に浄水水量が確保されていれば、頻繁に交換する必要はないと考えている。

great filters for fantastic system, very happy :)

3年前と比べて30％もお安くなってます(￣0￣)☆-1。未使用のフィルターをストックしておくスペースはそれなりに必要です。交換サイクルは各戸の使用状況でかなり違うのではないでしょうか。今回のフィルター交換で一番の気付きは 圧力タンクの中も洗浄した方が良いということ。自転車の空気入れを使って全排出を数回試みました(笑)。

I’ve been using this water filter system for about two years, and it produces excellent water quality. I’ll never go back to using fridge filters again! The only issue I had was a minor leak once, but when I called iSpring, Sean patiently guided me through the troubleshooting process. Now it works perfectly. I’d definitely recommend this product to others!
