The Monstera Deliciosa also called a Split Leaf Philodendron, is a popular large easy-to-care-for houseplant. These Plants are native to the jungles of Mexico, Panama, India and Hawaii have big glossy heart-shaped leaves that, as the plant matures, split from the leaf edge to the center vein. These slits in the leaves are called cuts. This plant does VERY WELL indoors and grows spectacular large leaves with splits as they get bigger. The younger plants don't have the splits yet but see the photos for some that do. Fruit tastes like pineapple. The plants ship in 3.5" pots and are well rooted. See photos of what you can expect.
