a great cushion for your back

I put this in my office chair!!! fantastic for the long hour desk work professions... in the past one week I have been working on my research paper very intensively. this has helped me tremendously in supporting my back and the spine. I have been using it more than 10 hours per day. really love it. I did a video for anyone interested in purchasing. it has a rubber band at back helping you fix to your chair, and I pressed for you to show the pressure support level. i think it is good value for money and it does work.

Reduce back pain
I have to sit and work in front of the computer 8 hours a day. Last week my back suddenly became extremely painful for no reasons. I could not bend down and could not stand straight. I bought this cushion and get it delivered the next day, so that i could lean my back against the cushion when I am working. It reduced a lot of my pain. My back gets better after 3 days.

Best support to ease my pain.
Great support for my back when I'm sitting for a long time cross stitching. I am happy to get this in. Now I can sit longer with little to no pain in my lower back.

Very supportive lumbar cushion

Good while the elastic band lasted
A great cushion if you suffer from back pain however the elastic band came off the cushion in 4 months.
