Great source of protein
They’re good for a snack and also as a cereal. I eat them for breakfast with some almond milk. It’s much healthier than most cereals and tastes better.

These are delicious! They are not overly sweet and the perfect crunch for yogurt, ice cream or even alone. They have a decent amount of protein. We buy them all the time and the price varies. Snatch it up if the price drops under $5.

After buying these at my local store, and falling in love, I decided to buy more here... They are still yummy! Thankfully fresh and not too expensive compared to in-person. The calories and sugar content are what you'd expect, nothing crazy or low, but that's not why I eat them lol. Overall, very satisfied, I love Kind granola sooo much! ᯓ★

Tastes great, great fiber for the body and maybe some antibiotic activity?
I needed to start straightening out my diet and I saw this cereal in a discount store. I bought it and loved the taste. Then I started researching and found that the fiber contained and whole grains were really good for my body. Eating this in the morning fills me up till at least noon. I started using it as a natural in my "intermittent fasting" regime which allowed me to start losing weight. More research revealed that maybe one of the reasons I was feeling so much better is that almond skins have been found to be anti-microbial. You have to do your own research on that one. I just know that I eat this every day now and have subscribed to having it delivered by Amazon on a regular basis.

Healthy and tasty granola clusters.
Great new flavor. It is as good as the peanut butter clusters if not better. Great micros also. Contains good amount of protein.
