Real Nice Poker Cards - I Bit Pricey But Worth It
I purchased these cards to see how they compared to the Copaq ones I purchased previously. I have regular Texas Holdem tournaments at my house and wanted to have a second set, even though the Copaq cards have held up very well and show no real signs of wear. That said, the consensus amongst the guys that play regularly at my house is the KEMs are slightly better. Personally I like them a lot better. These have a better feel, are not as slippery and are slightly bigger which makes them easier to shuffle for me. Plus they have a jumbo font so they are easier to read which is nice too. It does not show in the picture, but they do come in a nice plastic case. Are they worth nearly twice as much as the Copaq cards? In my opinion, yes they are and I have no regrets spending the extra cash.

Virtually indestructible
This is my second time ordering these cards. I play cribbage every day for three hours, and this last package of Kim cards lasted over three years. Unbelievable, to use easy to shuffle a pleasure in every way..

Kem cards are great
As I stated in my review of my other set. These are the best cards. Nothing feels like them. Downside outrageously priced. Also to keep them from Boeing which is a huge concern for these types of cards. You have to store them face up in the container with a weight on top. I use dealer buttons. I put cut cards over them so I don't put an impression on the card. It also sucks that they don't have the plastic case anymore for what you're paying. You get cardboard case

Kem Poker Cards
I had a bit of trouble with my order of Kem poker style black and gold cards, as Amazon was apparently out of the black and gold cards and sent me another brand. And instead of poker style, they sent bridge style. It took three attempts to get the right ones. The first time I asked for a replacement, that replacement was the same wrong brand and bridge style as the ones that came instead of the Kem cards. When I asked for a replacement again, I got a message letting me know that I could not replace them since the Kem black and gold were out of stock. There were several options, but none of them met my needs. I had a very hard time finding the right button to use to send a complaint about my order, but when I did, I got a very helpful phone call from Amazon and an overnight delivery of the correct cards for free. I had to tell the Amazon representative that I wanted Kem and would accept blue and red rather than the color I'd wanted initially. My experience with Kem cards, which I've been using for several years, up until now has been quite wonderful, as the cards are very, very durable and usually last at least a year with weekly use. Unfortunately, the deck I received had an ink stain on the back of one of the cards that could not be removed. When I contacted the Kem company, I found out that, in order to get a replacement card, I had to specifically identify the card and send that identification along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope and a dollar. I have yet to find out how quickly Kem will send me the new card. In my opinion, the replacement card should be free, I should only have to contact the company online and send them a photo of the damaged card. This, however, is a rather small complaint. In general, Kem cards are a superior product and well worth the price.

Perfect protected cards
My mother loves these. Plays cards a couple times a week with friends. She loves that she can wipe them off and won't get damaged by water. The larger numbers makes it easier. She was pleased at how well they shuffled despite the covering. Positive buy

Accidentally ordered the jumbo, and love them!
I accidentally but the "wide jumbo index" cards and I actually really like them! My friends and I have always used the regular index but after a game with these I prefer these. They're much easier to see from all seats at the table. I'll stick with these going forward. As far as KEM cards go in general the quality is top notch. My friends couldn't believe me when I told them that I spent $20+ on two decks of cards but then when I explained that I'd be using my last set of KEM cards for about 10 years their jaws dropped. Well taken care of these cards will last forever. And they wipe clean easily too if you spill something on them. My favorite cards for sure

KEM's for life.
This is my 2nd deck of KEM's and the last time I had a purchase a set was in 2003. I am perfectly content with a 7 year shelf life for playing cards. I have played with Copag's before and these remain my personal preference. Suffle and deal once and you'll be sold on them. They are crisp, smooth, and endure the wear and tear of tournaments and drinking games alike. They are not indestructible, but their durability is what makes them worth the price. I finally had to retire my first deck after the ace of spades started to fleck off a bit and one card got a slit along the side (after 6-7 years of respectable use). You can re-order individual cards but I felt it was just time to get two new decks. I agree that the plastic holder they come with leaves something to be desired, but I found two great hand-made wooden card cases on-line from Thailand. Give up the paper cards and these will pay for themselves over the course of a few years (or months, depending how often you play).

Had these for 2 years, no issues whatsoever. I’ll never go back to regular cards

Cracks and Scaled Lines on both the front and back of the cards, making it impossible to shuffle and redempting the cards useless for normal play. It is likely caused by bad / poor storage conditions.
