Gentlemen's Blend Beard Balm (Bourbon Scent) (2 oz.)

I have been ordering this brand of beard balm for my husband for about two years. He loves how it makes his beard feel, as do I. It’s very soft and looks well groomed. The scents are so good. Our favorite is this one and the vanilla cigar blend. It is also very hydrating. The 2 oz. container lasts him for about two months.

The only products I use in my beard are Grave Before Shave. All their products are good quality. Affordable. Keeps my beard smelling fresh all day and keeps it soft, smooth, and moisturized.

GBS balm works great for a light hold and gives you a hefty amount for a good price. I read everyone say this was the best scent. I honestly don't even smell anything so I'm not sure what they are talking about. It just smells like bees wax. So if that's your thing I'm sure you'll love it as well. I wasn't impressed by the smell. But good product if u want more of a hold with out a clashing scent to any cologne u might be wearing. So plus there. Check out GIBS if your looking for a balm with more of a cologne scent. But it has a very weak hold. So it's has it's own flaws but smells great. All depends on what u really want in your balm. I use both (not at the same time obviously) lol.

Grave before Shave products are amazing. I have thick, course facial hair that gets extremely unruly. In the morning after showering I take a little of this stuff and massage it into my face and everything settles down and looks groomed. The Gentleman's Blend has become a favorite for me, I like the pine scent one too for that manly smell, but this is the smell of sophistication and awesomeness. The scent is amazing. Very subtle and not overpowering, you'll smell it as it's right under your nose - but it's not going to make people across the street notice. It gives a nice sheen without looking oily and slick It doesn't have any real hold as such, but I can style my beard with this in. Whether I want a neat trimmed look or a mountain man bushy look I can achieve either using no other product than this. I've also noticed less ingrown hairs and a general healthier look and feel to my beard and I've only used Fisticuffs/Grave before Shave products over the last month. I endorse this product as a fine balm for men with real man beards where oil just doesn't cut it.

Perfect scent! this was actually one of the more tough decisions on a purchase that I have made in awhile. I wanted something that smells subtle, manly, and not perfumey, citrusy, minty, or like sun tan lotion. I like bourbon a lot, but I wasn't not sure that I wanted to smell it all day on my face. I took a leap and I love it! it really doesn't smell like bourbon (which is good.) Its scent is tough to describe exactly, but it has a certain woodyness that actually reminds me of vintage wood furniture (namely the teak early 60s hutch that I use as my liquor cabinet) with maybe a super light bit of vanilla. It is subtle, but there all day, and my wife likes it too. But how does it perform?? this is my first time using a beard balm so I don't have much to compare it to but it has been just the ticket to tame my beard. It doesn't plaster the beard into place, instead it seems to condition it, which calms it into submission. I actually find combing it later in the day has better result than right after application. It doesn't take much, and it is not greasy at all. I will be re-ordering once I run out!

Great product! This is my first time using beard balm (I used beard oil before). It rubs clear in your hands and I haven't experienced any wax balls. It seems to soften my beard some and even provides just a slight amount of hold and has also helped straighten my beard which is a huge plus. As far as the smell goes it's very subtle and pleasant, not overwhelming at all. It smells a lot like vanilla to me, I don't really get much of a bourbon scent from it. I will definitely purchase more when I run out of this tin, possibly maybe mix it up and get one of the other Grave Before Shave balms.

Smells great, kinda wanna eat it. 😋 Works well too. Had a few balms that were either thick and left the beard tacky feeling, or went in feeling ok but beard felt dry by the end of the day. This doesn't feel oily, beard soft. Smell is great but very light. After an hour it's just barely there. Wish they made soap, shampoo and cologne that smells like this.

Great beard balm, I've got a long heavy beard and this balm is just perfect for it, leaves it feeling very soft with just the right amount of hold without leaving it feeling claggy, smells fantastic and the scent lingers without overpowering for a long time, you get little whiff of it all day
