The delivery was fast, the courier even helped me bring the sofa upstairs, very professional chap. Assembly took a while only because I didn't have a drill, and the holes were in a bit awkward position. Comfort is A+. It's very comfortable and the chaise can be put on either side, it's great if a lot of people are coming. The texture and the fabric are great too, no loose threads, and colour is as the picture

Negatives: Absolute horrendous sofa that broke upon opening the box on the first day. I would urge anybody to avoid this company as you can see from the images that the quality of the sofa was so poor that it is just not fit for purpose. Rather spend £200 more and get something from IKEA, which is what we have done in the end. This company (Daal's furniture) made it almost impossible to get the sofa delivered as they don't give you any reasonable amount of notice with regards to the delivery date. Communication between Daal's furniture and the delivery company was unprofessionally poor and they attempted to deliver the sofa on a day and time that we did not agree and then they wanted to charge for it. What a cheek! I would certainly recommend to stay well clear of this company as you might have to go through the same and you could be faced with numerous issues as we learnt the hard way. Positive: The sofa looked really nice and we were gutted that it was so poorly made, because if the quality was good, it would have been a great looking and dare I say comfortable sofa.
