Awesome ! An American Perspective
Ok, so the size is accurate, it snaps together simply, and when all four sides are connected forming a pyramid shape, the mold will hold a 4 1/2 cup recipe of pascha cheese. That's a substantial amount, so please ignore any customer claims that the mold is tiny and holds barely 1/2 cup. I did not use cheesecloth. Instead, before snapping together, I used vegetable oil spray. Then I made a strong gelatin in yellow and filled the indentations of the cross and the XB, laid them flat in the refrigerator till chilled, then assembled all the sides, then proceeded with my white cheese recipe. It made a nice contrast to show off the imprints. In America, we don't use raw egg. I also secured the mold using a strong rubber band. UNMOLDING: after chilling overnight, I turned the mold right side up onto a serving plate and gently unsnapped only ONE panel free. That was four snaps. It unsnapped easily. I gently pulled the panel forward to reveal the special surprise of the perfect golden cross! And that was it! No need to unsnap the rest, it simply fell away from the molded cheese, I just gently removed the other three pieces, still connected, by pulling them behind the cheese statue. Any customers complaining they couldn't get their cheese out undamaged did something different. Don't over-think it, it's a dream. See my picture, you can see the size of it next to a tall kulich. The mold cleans up easily, use gentle soap and water, don't scratch it - nor would I risk it in a hot dishwasher. I highly recommend this product. Just beautiful, my pascha cheese got rave reviews.

Medium size, easy to assemble

Much nicer than using a clay flower pot
as is often suggested when making pashka. Very easy to put together and then take apart when unmolding your dessert. Comes with a recipe included, but be aware it's in Russian.

Great for Authentic Pascha Cheese!
This mold is easy to use and unlike some of the wooden ones, super easy to clean. I like the "tall" shape, this will make a beautiful *cheesecake* for our Easter basket blessing.

Terrible
I received my order today and hoped I could use it tonight to make Pashka for Easter tomorrow. I really like the height relative to the shape. Otherwise, it is a complete waste of money. It is extremely difficult to assemble. The plastic is fairly rigid. The slots that the tabs fit into are too tight which resulted in one of the pieces breaking the first time I tried to assemble the mold. I noticed that the vertical slots that the tabs fit into are a different distance from the edge of the piece on 2 opposite sides. The slots on one side are 5mm from the side of the piece and only 3mm on the other side of the piece. It was one of the 3mm edges that broke. In addition, the positioning of the slots throws the entire piece out of square, resulting in a diamond shaped top and bottom rather than a square top and bottom. It is totally, structurally flawed. Back to the bowl approach.

Low quality plastic, with black spots! Absolutely crooked, what makes it a garbage product. Scratched all over the place, what makes me question if it was used before. Very hard to assemble, and hard to take apart, because it is not strait at the end. The pieces are not ideal to fit into each other. Garbage! Do not recommend!
