Quality fan. Quiet. But still moves the air nicely. Good deal.
Tried a few other noisy fans that just didn’t work well. This one does. Dropped temp a few degrees and has no issue keeping it there. Hoping it continues to impress.

Worth every penny
Great fans. Very quiet and moves a huge volume of air. These were a replacement for the cheap fans that instantly failed on the new radiator replacement kit. Worth every penny and would absolutely buy again. Very low current draw for a 16" fan.

Cools My Old Beast WAY Better Than The Cheap Fan It Replaced
This fan essentially cured my long battle with a '59 Ford 352 engine that had sat idle for several decades. I think there's still some restricted cooling passages in the old beast, despite repeated flushes. Warm days stuck in traffic after car shows made for anxious moments, and my cheap import $35 electric fan (along with the factory belt-driven fan) helped very little. Then I installed this unit. Instant success, with its CFM rate fully three times the cheapie fan. Like many, I had to jury-rig the through-the-radiator hold-downs, as the ones supplied with the fan are much too large to fit through the fins. A little noisy? Maybe... I call it the sound of success.

Great fan
Low noise, moves a lot of air, it will be just what you're looking for in a 16" electric fan.

excellent product
I have used several different fans for project cars. This fan seems to be very well constructed. Airflow appears consistent with listed values.

I Bought this and """"IT WORKS ON 12VOLTS""""" If it was 120 volt AC it would not - it would FRY!
Google search the product number Flex a Lite 236! Sold by Automotive outlets - for 12v DC. If it was 120 volt AC it would not work and would likely go up in a POOF of smoke! ~~~ DO NOT PLUG THIS INTO 120 volts A/C ~~~~~~

1996 Jeep xj 4.0
It works great. Once I figured out the fan controller that I bought seperately it worked flawlessly. It is large and it is thicker than I would have liked but I made it work. I put it on the teeny tiny radiator on my jeep. It hangs down below the radiator substantially so I'll have to mock up a shroud. Additionally I had to grind down the studs that held the clutch fan on in order to make some more room for the fan to fit.

Easy to install and wire up
A+ to flex-a-lite for making their fans just so damn easy to install, hookup, and providing mounting hardware. every little bit of extra cooling helps for an old V8.
