Problem turning on...
It looks very durable, the trash container is awesome! For some reason the vacuum isn’t working for me... I’ve read over the manual and watched a YouTube video...I can’t seem to find the answer to my problem. Problem is it won’t turn on... I charge it well try it changes for about 5 seconds than backs up away from the charger and I’ve pressed the button, I’ve held it down and nothing seems to work. I thought maybe the wires are bad and I got to the wires and it’s made to where I cannot unplug and plug back in anything. In the manual is saying to unplug and plug in the cords and to match them but I can’t seem to do that....

UPDATE: Super effective vacuum and a great company that stands behind their products!
I absolutely LOVE this little vacuum! I was shocked at how much it cleaned, and how nice it was to have this robot go and clean everything automatically daily. The automatic scheduling on the remote is a godsend.It does a really good job, but be careful with cords laying on the floor. I was excited to have it return it to the home base to recharge on it's own, sometimes it wanders too far from the base and can't find its way back in time. I originally had the base tucked under a cabinet with legs, it can 'find home' easier with a broader, open path in front of the docking station.I also appreciate the ability to select the amount of suction power via the remote. If you need a good deep cleaning, you can set it to the highest setting. If you need it to cover a larger area (and let the battery last a bit longer), you can lower the suction setting.The dustbin is large and holds a lot, but I still I clean it daily. Super easy to remove with the button right on top. For the first few passes you will really be surprised how much it picks up, especially with trips under the couch.The first vacuum I received had an issue, but Homasy proactively reached out to remedy the issue and even offered an extended warranty on the replaced unit, I'm really glad they stand behind what they sell which is important! Looking forward to years of automated cleaning. Best investment I've made in awhile.

Unit will not stay on charger
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I just unboxed this today and it will not stay on the charger. I unplugged the battery connector and reconnected them, but, it still doesn’t work. The unit will stay on the charger for a few seconds and then beeps and backs off. I see another review that had the same issue but I can’t find any response as to what the problem is?
