Don’t buy this product l!!Don’t buy! I bought this unit, and it arrived on time, after installing I have had some problems. I did like they asked, didn’t post a negative review and emailed “Iris”. A couple days later “Iris” got back to me, and asked if I could send her a video of the issue. I did and a day later “Iris” got back to me with “ did you try long pressing the reset button”? I emailed her stating I did, but I will try again, it didn’t work. I’ve emailed “Iris” a few times asking them to exchange the head unit and have not gotten a response in a few days. When the head unit works correctly I’m very satisfied, it actually sounds way better than the stock unit. The problem is I go days without a radio because it doesn’t work even 30% of the time, and “Iris” has disappeared since I have asked for an exchange. I understand that sometimes you buy something and it doesn’t work,, but you hope the company stands behind their product and does what’s right. As of now I’m still waiting to hear from “Iris” about resolving my problem, if something changes, and they do what’s right I will be happy to amend my review, but at this moment I can not recommend this product.

**Update 06/014/2020**Had to install hard power interrupt switch due to unit freezing while in sleep mode. Reset button isn’t real and otherwise requires harness to be unplugged - which means removing the unit to reach it. Be prepared to wire in a switch to your glove box or somewhere to quick flip the power as needed (once to twice per week).-1. Install is easy as far as wiring goes but don't expect a perfect fit of the console back into the dash. The top or the bottom goes in but getting both is near impossible. I had to use a diamond file to modify the 4 middle ports in my dash and the 4 middle tabs on the unit to allow it to fit both the top and bottom mounts - still not perfect.-2. The unit appears to "die" and comes to a black screen on boot every few days. This requires me to pull the unit from the dash and re-plug the main power harness. Not terribly inconvenient but also not okay for a $550 unit.-3. There is no lock screen! If device is stolen or goes in for maintenance, I recommend not having anything sensitive on it. I've Frankenstein'd app's together to launch applock services on boot but it's not as simple as Tasker working from boot.-4. Screen brightness at night is a little too bright and the stock brightness doesn't go down low enough, nor does max. Download a third-party app to lower the brightness at night.+0. It's awesome having Android in the car but this has nothing to do with Dasaita and more to do with Google so no points there.+1. Wiring is truly plug and play and easy to figure out. Yes, you get backup cam. Yes, you get custom steering wheel controls.+2. Touch is responsive and great. Speed feels good. Scrolling is meh.+3. Sound quality is amazing! Huge improvement over stock.+4. 9 inches is quite a chunk for the small cabin but I love it. Very sleek addition the interior. Instantly recognizable to other Subi drivers.+5. Using a BT ODB II dongle with Torque Pro adds a lot of value to the right drivers.Overall: The unit has it's design flaws and software bugs but the hassle is well rewarded for the times the unit does perform over stock. Still worth a buy but understand you're not buying flawless premium even at this price. Reconcile that with yourself before you purchase.

It fits perfectly! It really makes the car more entertaining to have and drive! I like the ability to have any android app i want downloaded onto my head unit rather than being at the mercy of auto companies and head unit manufacturers. I’ve had the unit now for almost a month and I drive about two hours a day. The startup time is between 30 seconds to a minute, plus you’ll have to wait for hotspot connectivity. The wait time is fine for me since it gives me time to pet the engine warm up before going. The cable provided to retain the console usb didn’t work, had to order one from another vendor. Iris at Dasaita was quick to refund me the money once I told them about it which was awesome.There’s a sheet of paper in the box that everyone should read, besides reading the manual, it’s not perfect english and it took a while to understand that there was a second harness to retain the backup camera, but it got the job done!One thing to note. If you have an Iphone, you’ll need to buy a separate dongle for apple carplay to work. Iris has been great and kind at answering all of my questionsAfter almost 5 months of getting this I installed a kicker upgrade and the sound quality is awesome!

This headunit is beautiful and runs very well. Does almost everything I need. I am still unable to get the stock backup camera to work. Just a yellow triangle. It very well be my fault but not much instructions on every connection. Overall, I am extremely happy with the unit and the customer service. Iris has been very helpful. UPDATE 3/9/19 *Backup Camera is now working. Turned out to be my fault not hooking up everything correctly. Now it's perfect. Best purchased so far for my car.

The media could not be loaded.  Works great i have everything on this beast thanks to Dasaita i dont need a new car for this isthe best Radio ever on my forester 2009 and im just waiting for the backup camera and I'll install it tomorrow, oh Yeah thanks Dasaita no complaints here i recommend it 100%

The media could not be loaded.  Product fits perfectly & runs perfectly! I thought there was a glitching issue at first but my car needed a new battery. Update the interior beautifully & would buy again. I received great costumer service from Celia, which made the purchase that much more enjoyable. CarPlay syncs up seamlessly & gets better if you have a lot of data or a portable wifi router. All in all a 10/10
