I love this addition to my bedtime routine, it does perfectly under my knees and helps keep my back aligned. It is also very comfortable, not too soft, just right. It’s the perfect height for me, not too high or too low. If I turn on my side it fits between my legs or sometimes I just kick it off the bed. Definitely glad I bought this.

Nice length. It is the typical memory foam but works for intended use. Compresses depending on leg position but just shift you weight and it instantly recovers. Nice quality.

I originally purchased this pillow for knee support. It's the right size, but it's made of memory foam, which I didn't realize would "squish" down underneath your legs until it's nearly flat. So it doesn't quite work well for support, though it's good for things like keeping your knees separated when sleeping on your side. Would not buy another memory foam pillow for my knees though.

This pillow has really helped me improve my sleep. I've been having trouble with hip pain when I sleep on my back or my side, so I followed the recommendations to get an extra pillow. I use this one under my knees when I sleep on my back, and I use it between my knees when I am laying on my side, and the difference was immediate from the first night. I sleep more comfortably and don't wake up as often during the night. It's a perfect size and is firm enough to hold my legs but also soft enough to squish to the right shape as I sleep.

Comfortable, versatile pillow. Can use under the knees or thighs on your back, as hip prop on your stomach, or between your knees on your side. Just the right firmness. Getting the pillow case on and off for washing isn’t that easy so I cover it up with a regular one, and wash it instead.
