You actually CAN buy peace of mind
Probably going to buy another one so each vehicle has one onboard. Very impressed with performance so far. For reference, I own a 7L v8 SUV and a 4 cylinder hatchback, both gasoline fueled. Both batteries get drained down due to the cold. And from the heat (yay midwest weather). The SUV is older, fully loaded and therefore has mystery 'electrical gremlins' that always seem to be using the battery. And, working from home because of covid-19 and driving much less, the poor alternators weren't getting any exercise, and the batteries running the auto alarms would just be that much too drained to turn over on ignition when I needed to go somewhere. It seemed ridiculous to keep calling for emergency roadside services... for vehicles 'stranded' in the safety and comfort of my own driveway. ( Incidentally, this unit is cheaper than a roadside service call, and it's easier than bothering your poor neighbor for a jump. )This unit effortlessly jumpstarts both vehicles. It's easy to use. The built-in voltmeter reads while disconnected from the actual unit, which is fantastic for troubleshooting. The cables clamp very securely to the battery posts. Clamp to the posts, connect the clamp cables into the idiot-proof port, turn the unit on, start your car. Disconnect. Done. For what this does, it is portable and lightweight enough for my needs. I'm used to the heavy, bulky trickle chargers of yesteryear so this is truly amazing to me. The case is very nicely made and sturdy. Everything fits neatly and securely inside. It fits under my carseat and could fit in my glovebox or center console.Weirdly, my cellphone recharging off the usb port uses more power than turning over a big SUV. For reference, My 4cyl hatchback used less than 3% of unit's battery at a reading of 10.1v. Three. Percent.And... leaving this unit outside in the vehicles for weeks at a time in the midwest winter? It lost 1% of the total charge. I've boosted the SUV once, the little car twice, used the flashlight to see what I was doing ...and it still reads at 92% battery.Cons: Would it maybe be a little too heavy to throw in a hiking backpack or a purse for recharging devices on the go? Maybe, but so what. I'd rather have it on hand than not have it if I know I'll need it that day.And it doesn't come with an AC wall adapter. The charging cable it does come with is rather short. Not a dealbreaker, but could use improvement.Notes: It takes about an hour, up to two hours, to charge back up to 100%. The lowest reading from recharging my devices during a power outage was down to about 70%.Technically, I think this could recharge with an 12v usb adapter in a car, to recharge it after jumpstarting the car while going down the road. That is also a comforting thought.

Works Great! Would Recommend
Works great! I've tried it on my Lexus IS300 with the v6 2JZ, and have the feeling it would work on larger vehicles. I think the device may have come with a manufacturer's warranty.Specs:Model: RP-PI-04Capacity: 20800mAh(79.96Wh)Input/Output: 5v/3A! (The USB-C)Output 1: 5v/3A, 9v/2A, 12v/1.5AOutput 2: 5v/2.1AStart Current: 1000APeak Current: 2000ALifespan: 1000 timesI got this for $68 or so during black friday, normally is $90, is a good deal compared to other products, including Walmart's 400 Watt peak amp starter at $54. (Over 3 times the amount of peak power in terms of watts per dollar!) I've had to use this several times to jump my car when no one was around, and couldn't get there any time soon, is also much easier, quicker, and more convenient than having someone pull there car up to yours, also eliminates short jumper cable reach issues. This product came reading full charge on the display, it wasn't actually as other people have said in reviews, as it showed less than 50% after one jump start. This is no biggie though, and after fully charged, a jump start only reduced the charge 20-30% or so. This may have had to do with my leaving it connected to the car battery for less time before and after the car started than the 1st try. The alligator clips were a little small, but we're well enough to fit my battery's standard size top posts. I really liked that there was a voltmeter/display on the actual body of the cable plug, showing the voltage at the battery! No other models had this that I've seen. I also noticed that when I tested the short circuit protection that it works very well. This starter power bank actually has a 12v DC out port! The carry hard-case seems well-made and sturdy, protecting the device well. The pack itself seems durable and has good weight to it. I would have liked a rubber non-slip pad on the back side (or to have a rubber shell/outer surface rather than hard plastic) as I found it difficult to keep it from sliding and falling off while trying to connect alligator clips, or perhaps mounting magnets on the base (opposite side of the flashlight) The included usb-C charging cord was too short, but did the job. I loved the large storage and large cranking amp capacity/ability! (20800 mAh capacity and 2000 amps --> actual "starting amps" are less, which is typical) at leas one of the two charging USB ports is a good 2.1Amps, which is 5v only, and the other can do 5v, 9v, or 12v.

Easier to use then other more complicated units.
I originally purchased this AUTOWN jump starter in case the batteries in my DODGE RAM with the Cummins engine ever finally gave out. They are 15 years old now and it still starts fine even in cold weather. I used it a few times on other cars with battery problems and it works great, simple and fast. Just put it on the battery terminals and start the car. On one car the battery had been taken out and the jump starter would NOT even operate the head lights much less start the car. I had to put a dead battery in the car, then it worked as usual. I suppose this is some kind of safety issue. It would have been nice if they mentioned this in the instructions booklet which is too sparse in how to use. operate, charge the unit. The unit comes with very basic components, starter and a USB cable, nothing else, no 110 volt or 12 volt charger, no adapter modules. You have to get these from some other source. Aside from these minor issues the unit is a good deal for the money spent.

Very nice Car Jump Starter with reasonable price.
I bought this AUTOWN 2000A Peak 20800mAh Car Jump Starter for $78 when it was on Amazon deal of the day . I own NOCO G70 which I love it and I use it for my Tacoma 4X4 . I found this jumper and I am glad that I bought it. I put it to test on my 4Runner and it worked just fine like my NOCO jumper. It did come with 98% charged in a nice black case. I am very impressed because it's compact, light weight and powerful.
