Real silicone, comfortable, stay in pretty well, helps me breathe!
These nasal dilators work great! They appear to be real silicone as they pass the pinch and twist test to see if they turn white, which would indicate fillers used in them. I use these for exercising and sleeping. They work great for both! They can come out a little at times, but I just push them back in. The little nubs on the edge are supposed to point forwards and fit into the end of your nose to help hold them in place. You will want probably a size larger than you think. I don't have that large of a nose, but I ended up with a medium. I tried a small and it was just too small. I thought the medium was too big, but it was just right, really helps me breathe. My septum is crooked, and I'm working on tongue posture to fix that. Tongue posture affects your face structure, and improper tongue posture creates sleep apnea over time as it narrows your breathing room behind your sinuses essentially. Your tongue should be stored in the roof of your mouth, touching all along the roof of your mouth. This pressure helps expand your dental arch, creating room for all your teeth without crowding, and pushing your front of your face forward slightly which creates room for breathing. There are dentists now who use devices to fix this, such as the Myobrace and Vivos. Mewing is a popular thing on YouTube which got its name from Dr. Mew who has brought attention to proper tongue posture. I used to keep my tongue in the bottom of my mouth and only corrected it in the last couple months. However, there is much more room in the roof of my mouth than when I started already, and it feels natural to have my tongue up there, whereas when I started it felt totally weird and cramped. Your bone is constantly remodeling, it is not static, so these changes are definitely possible. I'm hopeful someday I won't even need these nasal dilators. One more thing, it is important to breathe through your nose because you get nitric oxide that way. Any time you can breathe through your nose, you should breathe through your nose. Sleeping and exercising especially. Keeping your mouth closed while sleeping can be tough though. I have to switch to a thinner pillow to accomplish this. Some people use mouth tape or a chin strap, I tried both but they interrupted my sleep a lot, so I went the less pillow route. I wake up much more refreshed when I keep my mouth shut at night, when before I used to wake up feeling like I got hit by a truck! Good luck!!

Helped make my CPAP functional
If you have a narrow nasal passage these can be a real life changer for getting good sleep. After a sleep study determined I needed a CPAP and I struggled to find a mask that worked someone on reddit mentioned these. They were a life changer for me. If I have to sleep without my CPAP I at least wear one to help breath. But after months of no improvement with the CPAP and introducing these it was the night and day difference everyone talked about. I don't love having to add something else to wear just to sleep but if I hadn't found these I think I would have given up on the cpap. I have reordered multiple times as they wear out and I have recommended them to other people I know especially if they mention not getting much benefit from a CPAP. Or if they mention the nose strips I tell them just get these and they'll never look back. I keep a mason jar in a drawer and when I take it out in the morning toss it in there, then on the weekend I just toss a bit of soap in the jar and shake it up to clean all 6 or 7 at once.

Effective and Fun!
These things work well. When I’m sleeping, I tend to breathe through my nose. It’s very dry here in Colorado in the winter, and my sinuses dry up while I’m asleep, sometimes causing me to wake up in near-panic because I can’t breathe. Or in the summer when my sinuses are more moist and sometimes clog up, just enough to make it hard to breathe. I keep one of these in my pocket for these times, and unless I’m sick with a head cold, the dilation works well and allows me to breathe easily. They work better that Breathe Right strips, which work okay, but come loose during the night and are uncomfortable. These dilators can be uncomfortable at times for me, since they are foreign objects stuffed into one’s nose, but most times I don’t have any problems with them. They’re quite fun, too. They’re indestructible, and if you lose them, they have a way of turning up again. A few nights ago I lost one, and tonight I was looking under the bed for it. I couldn’t find it. But when I got up and sat on the bed, it was just sitting there. If it had a tail it would have been wagging. I have forgotten to take them out of my pocket when doing the laundry, and I always find them either in the washer, where they are nice and clean, or in the dryer, where they have lint all over them. They’re like tardigrades. They’ll be around forever. I expect to take them with me when I go.

They were okay!
These Nose Vent Sinus Relief Dilators were okay. I didn’t really notice a difference in my sleep, and I struggled to keep them in my nose—they felt a bit uncomfortable and hard to stay in place. They might work better for others, but they weren’t a game changer for me. Update: Let me just say this company has wonderful customer service. After writing my review, I got a message from the company asking me if I wanted a refund. I happily said that I would. I was given a full refund. Although this product might not have 100 percent worked for me, they have won me with their customer service.

Wish I'd Known About These Sooner
With the crazy weather, early pollen, etc., my sinuses have been giving me fits. I realized I was doing a lot of mouth breathing, particularly at night. That led to dry mouth issues. Unsatisfied with my ENT doctor, I changed to a new one. Along with an Rx for a spray, he told me about nasal dilators for night use. I went onto Amazon, found these and placed an order. Preparing for bed, I placed the dilators into my nose and immediately felt a big difference in air flow. After wearing them all night, I woke up the next morning with minimal congestion in one nostril. On a day that I was not going out anywhere, I used the dilators, and my breathing was definitely improved throughout the day. They are also comfortable enough, if placed correctly, that it's easy to forget you are wearing them. Not only do these dilators work, they are inexpensive. They are disposable; but, with care and cleaning, you can get a lot of use out of each set. Don't expect the dilators to "cure" nasal congestion, but they sure will help manage it. I am so glad my new ENT told me such a product exists and recommended me trying it.

Don't work- here's the problem(s)
It didn't work. Whey they were in, it barely 'muffled' snoring. After 30 minutes, with a heavy snorer, they will be blown out the nose. We tried to use band-aids to wrap around the nose to keep them in- but that didn't work. So when they are in, it's 'mild' at best and then they'll be out within an hour. Really disappointed at some of these reviews, but hey, it may work for someone- just not us.

I Can't Believe They Work
I've only been using these for around 4 days now, but I'm honestly in awe. While looking to buy nasal strips, I saw a product like these that claimed to alleviate snoring, and decided to do some research. This is the brand I settled on, and they were affordable enough that I figured I may as well give them a shot, and I'm SO GLAD I did. While they are definitely not the most comfortable thing I've ever used (I haven't been using them with Vaseline, as some people have recommended, but I'm planning to try that tonight), they freaking work. I'm an awful snorer. My fiance complains very frequently. I even wake up our cats with the sounds coming from me in my sleep. But for the past four nights, I've slept so peacefully. I can always tell when I've snored in the night because I wake up with a sore throat in the morning, but with these, my throat has felt great. An added bonus is that when I take this weird little contraption out of my nose in the morning, I notice my nasal passages stay open for most of the morning (which is amazing considering how awful my allergies are). Anyway, overall, I am genuinely impressed with these nose tube things. They are significantly improving my (and my fiance's) quality of sleep!

Get the correct size!
These are a game changer, but you must use the correct size! The negative reviews look like they aren't using the right size & of course the won't work well or will fall out. Get the variety pack & try out different sizes to see what works best. I prefer the silicone as it feels more comfortable & stays in well. I use the medium size. I found out that my nose isn't very "deep" so the back of the vent was pressing uncomfortably at the back of my nose...till I realized I could cut off a little of the silicone to make the vents fit me perfectly. Love them for sleeping & during the day when I'm sick. Ordered for my mom & they were a game changer for her as well. The wrong size will hurt or fall out. Pick rhe right size & give yourself a chance to get used to something in your nose After a bit, you don't even notice the vents except to realize how well you're breathing.
