They make great jello substitutes and come in great packaging. We used them to make pudding and they turned out great. The sheets are easy to use and cook with, and if your looking to make pudding, this is for you. On a side note, you have to sink them in cold water before you use them

The box came with 5 packages x 40 sheets each. This lets you open up fewer at a time so the others can stay more fresh. It came with a best by date 2 yrs and 4 months from receipt. Each sheet is 5 grams, so you can convert to how much your recipe calls for and cut sheets if needed.The gelatin does not have flavor and can be used in a variety of foods. I used it to make gummy bears and hearts. I have tried using vegetarian alternatives for gummies but this good old fashioned beef derived gelatin definitely gave the best results.

These gelatin sheets are easy to use. This is a large supply of gelatin sheets that are great for an array of culinary uses. I am enjoying using these to make keto snacks and desserts. I love the easy of using a single sheet versus having to measue out powdered gelatin and hope I have the right amount.
