good for you. great fiber source
gi doctor life hacks- incorporate 1/2- 1cup of this cereal into your diet every day and youll never have to visit them for bloody toilet water- my friend went into emergency room for hemorrhoids- had a colonoscopy and this is literally what he was prescribed to fix the problem. no joke. the fiber content is awesome. put it in smoothies, yogurt, other cereal or just eat it with milk. it tastes pretty bleh and it chewy- gets stuck in teeth/ need to brush after. but its not the worst taste and hides in well with other foods as i mentioned.

Works well for fiber intake but this price is outrageous, in store you can get 22oz box for $6.

My doctor recommended this after her personal experience. I am taking glp’s, and want to keep my system moving. It works 109%.

Good but too expensive!
My GASTRO doctor recommended this brand. It is good and makes me go to the bathroom. However, too small, too expensive. I can’t keep up buying almost every week. The taste is not as good as a regular flakes, I eat it for my health. I like it though. But, like a said. Too expensive.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I'm sure it's great for fiber but it tastes like ass. I can barely get past the first bite.
