Klein Tools 5712 PowerLine Tape Measure Pouch

This thing is great! I was so frustrated with trying to easily get a tape measure on my belt. The clips are way too tight. I would take a screwdriver and pry open the clip to make it easier and then it didn't want to stay on. Klein Tools 5707 Tape Measure Holder is great. I can, without looking, clip my tape on or unclip for use. had it for a couple of months and shows no sign of wear. Sometimes, in the truck, the seatbelt will unclip my tape. I think, getting in the truck. I am very happy with this simple item but it has made my work so much easier. Worth every penny.

Love that I can just throw this on my regular belt and hang my drill when needed. Its exactly what I purchased it for and works great and comfortable too. I dont even know its there.

This tape holder is a must for anyone in the construction industry. In the past thirty years I have lost numerous tape measures,ripped my pockets and belt loops while tring to clip on my tape measure.When using my Stanley or Craftsmen 25 ft. tape this tool works flawlessly.The action is smooth. The tape can be removed from the clip and put back with very little effort while using one hand. When I use this tool I feel like a cowboy pulling his pistol getting ready to quick draw. The only down side to this tool is that not all tapes will clip on & off with this smooth action. I recently tried to clip on a "no name" brand tape and the action was poor. I needed two hands to remove my tape from the clip.Over all I recommend this tool to anyone that has to carry a tape.

I bought this because I do security work. It fits my D 3 cell flashlight just fine. Like the previous review says, you're going to have trouble if your trying to quickly take the flashlight out. I get in and out of my work truck pretty frequently so it does get kinda annoying, but it does beat carrying it by hand. It hugs it well and doesn't seem like it will fall out easily. The material looks and feels sturdy. I still give it 4 stars cause its a good product, just not easy to take it out like i would have liked.

This product has significantly simplified my life. In my construction class, I frequently misplaced my tape measure, but the belt clip eliminated that issue. Although it may appear to be of low quality, it is both durable and user-friendly.

Fits your pants belt but not tool belt

I work in security, and have been using this Klein product for over a year for my 3 D cell Maglite. Recently I misplaced it and tried ordering Maglite's flashlight holder as a replacement. But it cost $15, and while wearing it the flashlight kept banging into my leg, whereas the Klein product keeps the flashlight in a more stable position, and I can get in and out of my car while wearing it on my left side. Seems like even cops would prefer this one to the Maglite version.

Heavy duty belt clip. I use it to easily remove my tool pouch when not needed. Saves pants and belts from damage. Bought a second just for my tape measure

I purchased this in November of 2015 and have used it daily, in all weather conditions, ever since. I am an electrical apprentice and this product is excellent. It is built very well and I recommend it. I used to clip my tape measure on my belt or pants pocket but it will wear down the pants and belt very quickly doing that. For around $20 this will carry your tape measure for many many years.

Nice! I would give it five stars if the belt loop opened up and closed with snaps so that I could put the holder in a better spot on my work belt. It does however work great with tape measures. Nice product.
