I have a 1983 jeep j10 are these for the front or back?

The RS 44044 is a front 2 1/2 lift spring for the Jeep Grand wagoneer

If this rs44044 is a front leaf spring, does amazon sell the rear leaf spring? if so, why isn't it mentioned in the "customers also buy...".

I don’t think Rancho makes a matching rear leaf spring for this item.

On a YJ these will give you a 2" stretch and a 4" lift correct?

Yes you get 2 inches of stretch on both the front and the rear. As for lift I can't say exactly how much because I removed a leaf for better flex.

Do they come with bushings?

The bushing were included form the manufacturer.
