Not a bad bulb for a non-dimming application
The brightness, at full on, is good. Using a Lutron Maestro MACL-153MLH-WH dimmer yielded less than linear dimming. The Low-End Trim had to be significantly turned up in order to keep the bulbs from visibly flickering at low level. A similar bulb made by Cree, that I bought locally, didn't exhibit any of the same behaviors.Another annoyance with these bulbs (and the aforementioned ones made by Cree) is that they do flicker (strobe), regardless of the light level. I noticed it when looking at a fan under these lights. The fan looked as though I was pointing a high-frequency strobe at it - this doesn't appear to happen under incandescent lights. The strobing isn't visibly apparent during normal operation. I'm not sure if the frequency is in the range that causes seizures, but if you're concerned, it's probably worth looking into.In my opinion, these would be acceptable for an application that does not utilize a dimmer. But, if you're planning on using a dimmer and, like me, are particular in how things work, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.***Update 8/12/19***I've returned these bulbs for a refund. I've replaced them with some GE-branded ones I bought locally. They claim a significantly shorter life (6.8 years @ 3hr/day), but they have better dimming and low output performance. I probably won't be buying LED bulbs from Amazon anymore.

Great bulbs, dimmable and warm
These are a great value for LED bulbs. I bought a set first for one room to check that they work with the dimmer switch and that the color was good. They dim just fine and the color is almost exactly the same as the incandescents I replaced. I attached a picture of the kitchen lights, where due to some weird electrical load thing, we had to leave one incandescent among all the LED bulbs so that they wouldn't flicker. I bet you can't tell which is which. Side by side, you can only tell the difference once they're dimmed down pretty low since the incandescents tend to get a little warmer but LEDs get a little cooler.

Good, clean light.
I just received and installed 6 of these bulbs. I don't usually review a product so quickly, but decided to this time because these bulbs seem completely satisfactory. Chose Hykolity bulbs, from a company I never heard of, for two reasons. First, they didn't have any bad reviews. Too many customers have reported that the LED floods they bought flickered, made popping sounds, didn't dim properly, burned out quickly or didn't work right out of the box. Second, they're 850 lumens, brighter than most floods sold as "65 watt replacement". Those are mostly 650 lumens, but the old 65w incandescent floods we used were 755 lumens. These are definitely bright. We like them, but some people may prefer 650 lumen bulbs for a bedroom. We also like the clean white light they give, with no trace of blue or yellow. They're sold as "warm white" but I would call them "soft white". They dimmed with no problem. But, FYI for anyone buying any brand of dimmable LEDs, make sure you have the right dimmer(s). Our electrician explained that many older dimmers don't work well with dimmable LEDs, which may be the reason for some customers' complaints. We had to replace our dimmers (and the new ones weren't cheap). Would have given these bulbs 5 stars if we hadn't just installed them, but gave just 4 because we don't yet know how they'll hold up.

Bright! White.
These are seriously bright! They are also quite white. This is what we were going for, and these delivered, even a bit more than we were expecting. We are updating from low intensity quite yellow, so the contrast is pretty significant. I thought we would feel compelled to change all 3 lights so they would match, but we didn't want such a huge transition. So, we will just replace the lower intensity yellowish lights with these as the old ones fail, which means that the amount of light in our kitchen & living room will increase as we get older (and our eyes need more light), so we should perceive things to remain semi-stable.If you are looking for a significant upgrade in brightness, these are it. These are white, but not blue. Zero hint of yellow.

Bright White Lights
The bulbs were bright white and made the kitchen easy to cook and clean. There is no delay in warming up like some fluorescent bulbs.

Perfect
Strange to write a review of light bulbs, but these are really great! They are very bright but NOT a cool blue color that can happen with some LED's (I ordered the 3000k ones). It's a nice warm color that makes my artwork and wall color look as it should. Also the outside of the bulb doesn't seem to be made of glass - almost feels like plastic which I like because less chance of breaking. I have very tall ceilings and have to use a pole to change light bulbs, so this works great. Price can't be beat. Glad I ordered them!

False Description - Not Dimmable Nor Waterproof Outdoor Bulbs
I needed these both for my kitchen area and for outdoor flood lights where they would be rained on. The product title says Outdoor but when they arrived, the box says "damp location" and not waterproof. The description also says "dimmable" but they will not work with the 3-way dimmer switches I have installed. When turned on full they pulse on and off over about a 3 second period and I have to use the dimmer part of the switch to turn them off. The box indicates they will not work with all dimmers. If would have been helpful if the product description was accurate. These would be fine for an indoor location without a dimmer or with a special dimmer. These are going back!

Excellent for Interior Lights With High Brigthness (lumens)
I used another version of these can lights--685 lumens--for all of my interior cans. That is plenty of lumens for general lighting in a room. However I have 12 foot ceilings in my home and in certain locations, those number of lumens weren't bright enough. For example I have can lights right above the two sinks in the Master Bath. These 1000+ lumen lights have worked perfectly in such locations. Last year, I converted all of my patio lights to 5000K "white" light and liked the look much better than the yellowish 2500-3500K lights. So I did the same with my interior lights. Things look brighter, lighter, and cleaner and clearer to me now. However for those of you who like yellowish light these are available in that color too.
