Pros: Easy to use, Lightweight, Efficient, fairly quiet, great rinse cycle gets clothes from wet to just damp which allows items to air dry quickly. Good price, delivery was sooner than expected.Cons: Has to be put in & out of bathtub, drain is gravity based, so you can't drain it up into a sink. Would be easier to move in a bathroom if it was on wheels, filter is a little stiff to get in & out.Final Thoughts: No regret in purchasing this item. Zeny seems to have a good product.

I wrote a bad review originally, but I had to update after I plugged it into a different socket. Turns out it was my fault. The socket that I had in the washroom was faulty, plugged it into a different socket, and it cranked right up. This is a lifesaver for small areas And beats hand washing by a lot. I live with my parents and I try not to use their stuff too much. They do have a washer and dryer but I’m just more independent and I’m choosing to use this so it’s a good source for me definitely would recommend this product although the customer service absolutely is horrid , they were asking me to send pictures and stuff and I don’t know how to do that on Amazon however through me watching videos on YouTube and stuff. I was able to actually figure it out and I got it to working. The only issue is it does not fit my sink so I have to manually put buckets of water in but that’s the only downside I did end up using my mom and dad’s dryer but it does get the clothes about 80% dry , if you were to hang them out for about 45 minutes they would probably dry fully all in all I have use this product probably about 100 times since I bought it and it’s a great buy for a small areas or even apartments would suggest raising it up a bit because it does hurt my back to do it. It’s pretty short and I’m 5 foot 3 inches I’d say this product is probably about three or 4 foot tall so it is backbreaking almost with how short it is but like I said it does do the job and I wanted to make sure I put an honest review on here for those in the market for one of these customer service sucks but the product is all right. It does the job and makes my clothes smell really good

I wanted a second washer because I got tired of running downstairs to my basement to catch the rinse cycle to add fabric softener. Therefore, I purchase this washer so I can wash upstairs. I had two portable washers before I got this one. Both made my Kuppet. The first one had black stuff falling from underneath. I believe it was the belt. I returned that one. The second one had a nail come out the drain hose and the washing compartment kept stopping from overheating. I was only on my second load when it kept stopping. Therefore, I returned that one. Then, today, I got my Zeny. I love this washing machine. Very strong wash action and excellent at spinning clothes damp dry. I have a separate spin dryer that spins at 3200 rpms. I put the clothes in it after spinning them for 4 minutes in my Zeny and it was barely any water coming out. No need to use it if I am washing my clothes in my Zeny. My only complaint with this washer is the clothes do get tangled, but they are CLEAN. My clothes are cleaner from this washer than they are from my year old Maytag commercial washer. I am very, very happy with my Zeny and hopes it lasts me for years to come. If you want a good portable washer, this is the one to get.

I bought 1 of these 4yrs ago. It worked flawlessly until an internal leak was dripping on the electrical blowing the fuse.For 4yrs and the price, I decided to replace it with this same machine. BAAAAD CHOICE.NEW LOW LOW QUALITY "STANDARDS"..they replaced the machine 3 times & they all leaked on my painted wood floor. They refuse to compensate for my time & damage to my home. I WILL NOT BUY ZENY OR SPURGHEOM (they won't deny they are diff companies) EVER AGAIN.

The media could not be loaded. My apartment doesn’t have a washing machine so we got this to make it easier to do smaller loads without constantly going to the laundromat and it has been incredible!! Such an easy and quick option where all you have to do is fill the washer side of the machine with water, add some liquid detergent, and select a time for the wash. The spinner side does a great job of taking them from dripping wet to just a bit damp so they can hang dry quickly. This washer has been a game changer for me.

Wow is the main word I use to describe what kind of clean you get with this washer.I have never...NEVER had cleaner clothes.We all have those shirts we keep even if they have a stain...THIS MACHINE has gotten rid of 5 year old stains!!!!!!Hubs works as a new construction plumber. Lots of holes to climb in and out of. His socks were crispy after coming our of a regular washer and still dingy. This little machine gets his socks SOFT!!!!I LOVE the fact I can SEE how clear or dirty the rinse water is and I can get his clothes sparkling clean while STILL using less water!!!Yes, this little dynamo works well AND is great for the environment!!!Doing an average load...which is a third of my old regular load, I use about 12-16 gallons (depending on the dirtiness level where I can use one to 4 gallons to rinse).I have only used a regular washer during the last 9 months for a blanket which was too big for my little washer.10/10Thinking about buying another because it just works SO WELL and that means I could do it twice as fast.
