What I expected along with the beef was elbow macaroni, peppers, onions, garlic, ect. I guess there are many types of goulash. I probably received plain goulash and not Hungarian goulash. Word to the wise, read thoroughly before you buy. Not worth the money I paid for the 10.5oz can.

Not very tasty
Watery and not much flavor. Expensive too. Disappointing

I am little disappointed with this goulash. This is not how it used to be long time ago and how I can remember from my childhood i grow up in Yugoslavia. I was so happy when I see the Gulas on Amazon and I bought right away for my son to try because he grow up in United States so he didn't have a chance to try before. But when I get this the mail be open right away and there's disappointment , this stuff smells good but there is only four pieces of meat and rest of his gravy. Definitely not worth this price, and taste is way off as I remember definitely not the same , changed a lot. Don't get me wrong it's not so bad but it's not tasty how it used to be. I did not regret buying this just so I know that's not the same thing, I will not buy this anymore just not worth the price.

Very Authentic!
Having spent some time in Hungary, I can tell you this goulash is very authentic. The only issue is that it is way to expensive to buy all the time ($8.00 shipped). Maybe a can every three or four months as a gift to myself...?

The truth
Meat was fatty, too fatty for my taste. Broth tasty no pasta as is in authentic goulash, no vegetables either. I would not buy this product again given the cost, I wanted to try it to see how it was.
