Definitely a very up to date book, which reflects recent corporate governance challenges. Tricker is played out like the king of corporate governance on MBA courses but… He writes long prose so if you want to read a book he’s ok. If you was usable graphs, diagrams, practical application this is not the book (not found a great one yet!). E.g. he doesn’t clearly describe what companies each set of rules apply to It’s an interesting debate on it but I just can’t engage and it’s VERY expensive
