Really useful
Really useful tool which took less than 30 seconds to connect.It connects to your phone via WiFi making it very simple.It can read error codes, show you live data in data and graphics form and much more.No point paying a garage £50+ when this can do the job.

Value Product and Follow-Up is Great Combination
To be honest, I figured I would try it since i didn't want to spend the big bucks on a big name brand scan tool. I received the product and did as it said. It took me a while to get it to connect with my vehicle and when it eventually did, it kicked me back off. The scanner had power but could not pair my car. I wasn't sure if it was the scanner or vehicle, or because i was using an app on my iPhone. So I connected VDIAG and i became surprised to find that they were willing to go all out and help me with this problem. They even sent me with this problem. They even sent me a new one. i attempted to use the new one and got it connect! Needless to say, the custmoer support did a fantastic job and the product works great!That is so nice to receive a message emphasizing their commitment to customer service and the warranty, and encouraging contact id the customer has any issues or questions. This the reason that i can got the great customer support.

Bargain!
Works perfectly well with our 2004 Fiat Punto. It actually told us that our front nearside side light was out, which we weren't aware of! As you may know, it costs over £50 to take your car to a garage just for them to hook it up to a diagnostics machine. So that alone, makes the price you pay for this an absolute bargain.

A good basic code reader for car.
Good basic tool to use to pull codes, reading wifi to my phone is nice and works very well, I was able to walk about 10ft from car into the garage to read the program on my phone. i purchased the Torque Pro program on my phone for 5 to read the issues and works great, afyer you got the the codes you can click them and go online to see a more detailed description of the issue, you can also send a copy of the codes to email or text.Just a couple notes after you read the issues do not clear the codes until you fix the problem, or think you have, also in no way is this like a professional mechanic code reader, they can look into things and levels this can't, but this is a good basic reader to give you a heads up on what going on, no surprises from the mechanic.

Burst into flames
Bought this for my 2015 Audi A6 2.0 TDi. I followed the instructions, turned the ignition on (engine not running), connected the reader, searched for the device on my phone's bluetooth and then noticed plumes of smoke pouring from the adaptor! Pulled it from the socket quickly - noticeably hot. Thankfully I haven't noticed any damage to the car but I won't be risking buying another one of these

Device failed within 10s
Plugged in, power & WiFi led worked, connected to its WiFi and then all leds went out. Tried reconnection but device dead. Emailed supplier but no message received from them, after a few days returned item to Amazon and received full refund. Then purchased another device from another Amazon supplier costing about £5 more which works well.

Provides a great deal of information
WiFi set up is very easy. Provides a great deal of information - not just the actual fault code itself but the actual category and description. If you want you can then confirm this online. Highly recommended
