Great quality
Just big enough for 6 to 8 pills. Feels nice in pocket. Slightly fatter than a chapstick. I really like it.

Exactly what I was looking for ...
I studied just about every option on Amazon and in Etsy for a pill box, of this style, that would work for an EDC (everyday carry option).I was concerned that this may not be large enough based on others reviews. I actually think it is the perfect size.I have three pills I have to take daily. On rare occasion, I forget and it is important to not miss the dose for too many hours. I also have one medication that I take as needed. Some days it’s not at all. Other days it is more than once. They are all different sizes but, not particularly small. I am relieved to have this in a size that will fit all I need for a full day.The build quality is excellent and it comes with extra rubber o-ring seals.I also looked carefully at materials. I didn’t want aluminum. Titanium was my first choice and Stainless Steel my second, mostly due to weight. This one is not very heavy to be honest. If you are trying to sort through all of the options. I highly recommend this one for its size and quality.

Sturdy and useful, but be careful with larger pills
I'm chronically ill AND have food allergies, so needless to say I can't go anywhere without an assortment of meds. But I also like carrying a clutch or small bag. So I grabbed this in an attempt to not have to carry my huge pill box with me everywhere. The good news first: this thing already saved my butt when I got a migraine and needed my Imitrex 30 minutes from home. Popped open the capsule right on my keys, took my Imitrex, and I was saved. The bad news: some larger or awkwardly sized pills either won't fit or could get stuck in the bottom of the chamber. It's slightly too small for a standard size antacid, for example, and Excedrin or Benadryl will take up a lot of space. I also seem to have permanently gotten an Aleve stuck at the very bottom. Picture a 32-year-old woman sitting in a restaurant trying to dig a pill out of this thing with her butter knife... yeah... it happened.Overall I'm glad I got it, but I may still have to carry a larger pill box for longer trips out.

Solid product
Product came as advertised. Rigid, polished construction and not too large to discourage me from keeping it on my key-ring.Able to fit a 1000mg fish oil capsule along with my other daily vitamins (with a little conscious stacking necessary.) Pills stack slightly out of the clearance of the base container, however the lid has a recessed portion that allows the bulk of the items to fit without forcing.Haven't tested the water-proof portion yet, however a decent rubber gasket came installed (as well as 2 spare gaskets) that seem to accomplish the advertised capability.

Does Not Fit Vitamin Capsules
I bought this Stainless Steel Pill Organizer after reading reviews about the quality and sturdiness. And it's really like a gem looks-wise. But I believe it is only designed for tiny prescription pills or perhaps a couple of aspirin or Ibuprofen. I had wanted it to transport about 5-6 daily vitamins to and from work. But at best, I could only get 2 capsules in, and those got stuck. So it's awesome for tiny prescription or OTC pills.... but it won't hold a dose of several vitamins as I'd hope. Back to the drawing board.

Could contain lead! Do not buy! Made in China!
This product is not stainless steel. It has a very strong metallic odor to it. Even when I opened the container, my hands smell really funny like a metallic strong smell. I think this product may contain lead which might alter the effectiveness and even endanger drugs you ingest. It’s made in China.

Solid.
Better than I expected, but then I wasn't sure what I expected. Not too big or too small. I can wear it as a pendant, though a little heavy, or use it as a key-chain fob. In any case, you could drop a AA battery in it and still have room to spare, so there is plenty of room for what medications I need it for. Not to mention--it's probably the most affordable one of all the different ones I looked at.I'm pleased.

The best solution I have found so far
It is important to have such a pill case made out of a non reactive metal- like stainless steel. The container is strong. The cap stays on even in the bottom of a purse. It is easy to find in one's purse because it is bright and feels different that other objects- like lipstick or a small lotion. As an autoimmune disease patient, I need to always have certain "rescue" meds with me. I really like having them in a container that is waterproof, non reactive, and easy to find. Recently my pharmacy changed the vendor for Sumatriptan and the pills are now covered in a hard shell that must be divided for my dose. It is imperative for Sumatriptan to stay dry- especially after being divided- and this pill box meets that need. I am an RN so I am picky about how I store and access meds.
