Great product. Haven’t used it yet as boughtit for the winter months when I need to carry more. I have owned a smaller version for the past year which has been used daily and has never let me down. That bag has been in the sea with me several times and kept my clothes dry every time.

The small, zipped pocket on the front spoils an otherwise decent product. It builds in a vulnerability by creating a location where water can penetrate the external 'shell' of the bag. For my purposes, it would be a much better and more useable dry-bag if it was simply a big, roll-top sack, without this superfluous, zipped pocket which reduces rather than improves the performance.

Really good bag. Only gripe, the straps are too long and not really adjustable. Otherwise good item.

The bag itself is great. Keeps everything bone dry. The case is more splash proof and doesn’t fully seal if submerged. Also to point out that the case won’t float. So if you drop the whole thing or the tiny plastic clip of the lanyard breaks you will loose your phone.

I have a 20 litre Ultra Dry bag with the rucksack style straps and have been pleased with its durability and waterproofness so when looking for a bigger bag knew I would be getting a good product with this brand. My 20 litre bag has been used twice a week for the last six months for paddleboarding so gets dragged on and off my board for portage. This 30 litre bag is much more substantial and one of the benefits is that the straps are padded. If you get all the air out as you roll the top over and roll three times (as recommended) before fastening the clips together these bags are definitely waterproof. However, the little zip pounch on the front isn't waterproof but I only use it for my paddling licence, a credit card and a ten pound note!

The carry handle is a useful addition and the size means when roll the top down to make it waterproof there's plenty of material to do it (the small ones can be a squeeze). Only niggle has been the front pocket zip that was already broken on receipt. Managed to zip it back and fore and it repaired itself, but does look flimsy. Not a game changer as unlikely to be used much, if at all.

Upon receipt of my dry bag and phone pouch, I realized there's a manufacturer fault on the pouch. I contacted Mark via email(the owner) and within 24hours I had a new pouch delivered. Really pleased with the products, but moreso, the quick and friendly aftersales services, which will keep me a customer for life. Thanks Mark and Gill
