Easy at home hand theropy
It is challenging but doable and works well for my at home exercise program.

Does the job but smells for a while
You can definitely give your fingers/hands and forearms a good workout or stretch with this thing. However, the rubber smell takes quite a while to wear off. I tried to wash it but it din't really help. It gets better after a few months though.

Nice to be able to use the same equipment used in PT now at home
It is so nice to be able to continue my pt exercises at home in between my pt appointments. Can see an improvement already, just after a couple of days.

Medium Hand Exerciser
This is my third hand exerciser. I've used firm to soft. This one gets it right. Under near daily use it will last 1 1/2 to 2 years. I have a job that requires solid hand and wrist strength; and this does a good job of keeping me where I need to be.

Good Tool for Strengthening Hands
This exerciser can be used for various hand-strengthening exercises. I'm glad its strong pleasant smell is dissipating after a few days now.
