works well...not too loud....dad does have some back pain still but it has offered at least some relief....the biggest thing though is that everyone keeps telling me how good dad's skin looks...no ulcers sores etc.

As of 6/14/17 - less than a year and product not working so well. As soon as I get a moment - will contact seller regarding issue. Received item on time. Took a while for the air to pump throughout the mattress pad...but I would order it again.

Although the pad inflated and appeared to be working at first, after a few cycles it blew up to full hardness on all cells and is no longer adjusting. Very painful for disabled husband. Cannot find the link to contact the seller.

This matters doesn't actually change pressure for people who may not move due to surgery, illness. It does vary soft to firm. I had heart surgery, and it kept me from feeling stiff and kept me comfortable even though laying in bed can be painful when you are down for many days. I really sleep well now, and wake refreshed.
