I bought these after searching for gluten free bean threads. Bean threads are generally gluten free but are usually made on lines which also process wheat - therefore, cross contaminated. These were advertized to be gluten free and they were! No gluten attacks after eating them. I am so delighted to have them. Even though these noodles have little nutritious value, they are a treat once in a while. I would order these again, though it will take awhile to consume this order.. There are five packs, with four bags in each pack, and 4-6 servings in each bag. It would be nice to be able to order half the amount.

Trying to cut down on carbs and white flower foods and this is the perfect alternative for spaghetti or any side dish. Easy to prepare and very healthy for you. Love them and so does the family.

These are my favorite kind of noodles. They absorb a lot of liquid and flavors. I like to use them in my version Ramen.

We've had some bad experiences with noodles from our local Asian market because we're very gluten sensitive at our house and we've reacted to cross contamination in a few different rice products we have bought. These, we did just fine with and my kids LOVE them! They taste great, they are very juicy and not dry, and even my husband who doesn't have to eat gluten free has requested them again and again!
