If you are having any kind of pelvic floor issues, this is the item for you!It took one session to notice a SIGNIFICANT difference and improvement. This wand is comfortable, easy to maneuver, and best of all, gentle.This oddly shaped wand has given me relief fully trained professionals, multiple surgeries, and different equipment could not provide. Unlike prior treatments, the relief actually lasts!!! The massaging effect of the wand makes treatment more comfortable and pleasant; painful trigger points melt away with relative ease. The odd shape allows proper pressure to help alleviate stubborn knots. The different size ends allow pinpoint accuracy of even the smallest and well hidden trigger points/knots. The different settings and shape give an almost endless combination of treatment options. Clean up is easy and effective with just warm water and soap. The only downside/flaw I found was the charger design and cord length. Although the charger does charge, IMO the design could have been better. The magnetic hold isn't strong enough and any slight movement tends to sever the charging connection. That is easily remedied by placing it in an area where the wand will not move at all. Given how short the cord is, the area needs to be in close proximity to the electrical outlet. Other than that, this is a great product that will give anyone suffering from pelvic issues, much needed relief! A side note, I found that adding the "Reseting the Vagus Nerve" technique will help keep the pelvic floor muscles from returning to the spasmed/knotted stage, making the wand therapy last longer. It is a very easy technique and can be done just about anywhere. A simple youtube search will yield multiple results.

I've struggled with pelvic tightness for literally my entire life, and after reading some reviews I was convinced to give this wand a shot. At the time of writing this review, some of the most significant pelvic pain I have ever had was massaged away by this wand in a mere 15min and then stayed gone. I also feel some flexibility being restored in my lower abdomen, hips, and back already. Some of the best money I have ever spent in my entire life.

The first one I bought (directly through Intimate Rose website) just stopped turning on less than a year after I bought it. The buttons were also really hard to find by feel alone and required firm pressure to respond. The buttons on this are more responsive. Still not raised so it's hard to find by feel alone, but it's a small issue. The charging cable seems a smidge more stable than the first one I bought, although they are the same style. The shape and functionality of this has been SO helpful for my recovery. I think the price of it is very fair. This is actually physician developed and first choice recommended by physicians - no gimmicks or sly sales pitches. Very grateful for all Intimate Rose products I've tried.

First Device would not charge - Seller responded quickly and sent out a 2nd product - Unfortunately they shipped me yet another device that would not charge. Obviously, the seller does not even have the QA ability to guarantee or verify that the products being shipped work or not. I was not able to use the product. This device did not feel like a professional or quality product. The charge port on both units was not properly positioned and the magnetic buttons on charger do not make contact with the external charger. This could easily be seen at the manufacture level and the device should have been rejected before boxed and made ready for sell. This review is not a single instance and the manufacturer in China is not providing the seller with any QA services and or the seller is not willing to pay for the service, if it is provided.I would not recommend purchasing this device even if it listed by a different seller. An SOP of Amazon Seller environment is geared to get products out of the warehouse. They are not interested in your SMILE and they depend heavily on the somewhat automated return/refund process. Regardless, they had my money for 2 weeks. which meant I did not and I could not readily purchase a different device because of the slow refund process.

Great quality, good battery life, comfortable and easy to clean

Works as intended except the vibrator in it stopped working after only a couple uses, despite trying to recharge it. I wish I saved my money and just got the one that doesn’t vibrate from the start since that element doesn’t work anyways.

I was recommended this by my pelvic floor physical therapist, and it’s been super helpful in my recovery. The design makes it easy to reach trigger points comfortably, and the vibration adds another level of relief that really helps with muscle release. It’s easy to clean, well-made, and feels safe to use. I was nervous at first, but the instructions are clear and it’s actually very user-friendly. If you’re dealing with pelvic tension or pain, this is absolutely worth trying in my opinion.

The wand was great but the vibrating function stopped working all together very shortly after getting it. I specifically bought this for the vibrating function to help relax my premium in order to prepare for birth. It worked but it is not worth my money if the vibrating function doesn't work. I wasn't able to return it because the return window had passed.Update: I contacted the company and they gave sent me another one. They were prompt in responding and helping me solve the problem.
