Update as of Nov 17,2019:After writing my 3 star review (nov 12) the company emailed me directly making it known they read my review and were willing to go above and beyond to help me for the better. They offered me a replacement which I believe had expedited shipping because it literally arrived on the 14th and my review was posted the 12. That's insane. On top of that, they were consistent with keeping me updated about the arrival of the new unit, and ensuring it works properly and was satisfied with it. Well Hotlife, I am more than satisfied with it. It brings me actual joy to know my review isn't being lost in the abyss and it's ACTUALLY being acknowledged by the company. On top of that, it makes me very comfortable in knowing i can buy a product from a company without the worry of "great if it dies fast or is DOA im stuck with it". Hotlife's customer service is phenominal and honestly completely unexpected which makes it all so much better. The vacuum is premium priced but you're paying for both the technology inside it AND the customer service/backing by the company.Pay a little more for assurance what i buy will work? I have no problem with that.This was a very very well made purchase from a great company. I am beyond pleased.It picks up the rocks in my car with ease and i even used it to clean part of a rug with carpet cleaner. I've used it more than 4x the total amount of time i used the first one and this thing is still going strong. Maybe the one i first bought was the 1 of 1zillion that has a defect. It happens. But 1 of a zillion is near perfect in my book. I strongly recommend this company and their products.If you're still ready this review, then I'm only gonna ask why you haven't bought this yet?Original review Tue Nov 12,2019:Title: Battery isn't bad but 4 uses and its almost useless.Review: When I first bought this, it was powerful. Used it maybe three times. On the fourth, 2 months after buying (one month after return period) it begins to lose its power. It still has suction but it won't even lift basic micro rocks on the floor of the car. Super disappointed.

Absolutely loved it (for two weeks). Good suction, love the rubber brush attachment for picking up stray cat litter. Good capacity - holds a lot before you have to empty it. In fact, I had only emptied it once. Put it on the charger. All indications were that it’s charged, now nothing. :(Am hoping seller will replace. With such great ratings, I won’t hesitate to try another, hoping this one is just a dud.Editing to five stars just for the customer service. Within four days, a new one was on my porch. I’m pretty confident, based on the reviews here, that I just got a bad one. On the down side, now I gotta get to vacuuming! 😂Edit #2: used the second unit till it needed to be recharged. Put it on the charger from the first vac I purchased rather than unpacking the new charger. Welp, it did the SAME thing! Then a light bulb went off in my head - it’s the CHARGER! Sure enough, got the charger from the second unit out, and charged both vacuums. They both work beautifully. I’m glad I was able to provide some feedback to the seller to help with their quality control. And, again, customer service was excellent, with immediate follow ups to my emails.

This is the best vacuum i have ever bought. very powerful, cleans any corners for my car, and my house, so quick and convenient, and get charged up very fast. If you have a pet home, this one will help you a lot. I love it.Highly recommend!

Everything except for the filtering system is exceptional. But the filter clogs after only a few minutes, and the vacuum loses suction even before the dust container is 1/4 full. It is a pain to clean the filter so often (and messy too). I'm surprised others haven't mentioned this. Update 8/16 The company was in touch with me after I posted the unfavorable review, and they quickly resolved the problem I was having. As a result, I couldn't be happier with the product and customer service.

So this thing is a beast! I did quite a bit of research looking for the best reviews and suction. I have two dogs and a 2 yr old child at home. AKA lots of dog hair and spilt food.I have no complaints about the suction. The things I don’t like is the vacuum didn’t come with a charger stand. I didn’t realize how important it was. Without a charger stand your constantly looking for a home to put the thing. Also trying to remember where you put the charger cord. The other thing to note is that this thing is huge! It’s like 2x the size of a normal dust buster. It is not great for cracks and crevices unless you use the attachments that are lost on the closet because you have no place to put those also. Lastly the on button must be pressed continuously till the motor starts. The start button isn’t a simple on and off. Next time I’ll get something smaller and has a charging stand. Don’t get me wrong it works great for the dog hair and baby seat but just has some drawbacks to be aware of.
