Leaves puddle of water around drain
The sink leaves a puddle of water around the drain. I installed the matching Blanco sink drain/strainer. I used a very thin layer of silicone to seal to the sink. This is an engineering problem. The parts are made to specification but they don't match up well when a puddle of water remains around the drain. This leaves a stain on the sink when it dries and we have city water in Naples, FL. I expected more from German engineering. It looks to me like the step in the sink should be deeper where the drain fits. The sink looks great generally. It is brittle and corners and edges can break off easily so be careful when mounting.

Blanco is the best! This sink is awesome!
Though it seems like this would be too small for a main kitchen sink, it is deceptively useful! The size saved the small countertop for use, but the depth and single bowl style of this sink has been entirely functional. It holds a whole cookie sheet flat with room to spare. I love, love, love the silgranite. It adds to the beauty of our kitchen and has not stained at all...especially this color! It's the perfect mushroom-y greige...modern and classic combined. The undermount has been wonderful for clean-up!

So Far No Issues
The lip around the edges is not very wide but installation was good. So far not dings or stains on the inside of the sink. Did not come with hardware, minus one star.

Love it
This is my second Blano sink. I had more room in my current kitchen and have the sink in a two bowl version. I will be moving to a much smaller home so I only had room for a single bowl. That will take some getting used to - but I know the sink will be easy to care for and will always look good!

Perfect size for a single sink. Fits a large frying pan or pot. The surface is easy to clean.

Gorgeous sink for a small kitchen
This is a beautifully elegant sink for a small kitchen that I suggest buying the drain trim to match. The finish is matte and you can buy it a color that complements your surface. It installs easily, makes no noise when water hits it like a metal sink does (this is porcelain). No complaints. Nothing but praise!

We do not like the look or maintenance of stainless steel sinks. Blanco silgranite sinks are fantastic. We have them throughout our kitchen, bar, and now laundry room. Fits with our decor, easy to clean, never looks dirty, and incredibly durable.
