The bracelet is absolutely beautiful and the card is included and contains a beautiful message. This bracelet did not come with the box which was really disappointing. I love the Alex and ani box. And it was a gift so now I have to go find another box.

Purchased as a Christmas gift. The bracelet didnt come in a box. Just a plastic bag and was bent. It is almost child size and the finish is very, very dull. First time buying Alex and Ani. Will not recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  This Alex & Ani bracelet turned out horrible. I purchased it for this past Mother’s Day. I keep it in a cloth jewelry bag. It’s been about a month since I wire it and when I took it out today, this is what it looked like. If it’s authentic it shouldn’t get like this.

Shipping was quick. Alex and Ani never disappoints. My daughter loved it as a gift.

Was not authentic. No butterfly card- came with some cheap looking card. No charity by design charm. Do not buy.

Too dull and in an oval shape not round. Just look cheap.
