Attractive
For years I have used Acer computers. But the last one I bought was a disappointment! 2 of the 3 ports failed. I was holding my breath that the last one would hold out until I bought a new one. Looking at the new computer reviews was dismal. SO I looked at HP. It arrived quickly, and was very streamlined in looks. The silver color is a pleasant change from my old black one. Price point was good and my husband switched over all the software to the new computer. I do wish it had 3 ports, but if these 2 last it will be great. It ran quicker than the old one. Hopefully it’ll last several years for me. So far I am very happy with it!

HP Still the Best
I've had at least 3 older HP laptops and came back again to get one that is up-to-date, reliable, and easy to use. I'm sure some day I'll buy another one, but for now, this one is all I could ask for in an inexpensive laptop. I hope you'll like it as well as I do.

Great laptop for the price!
Mine isn't a touchscreen but the laptop works great! The price was good. I bought this for a Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it! Packaged great and delivered fast!

Awesome except for the trackpad
Everything is awesome about this, but the trackpad does suck... not precise

You can't go wrong
I love it. The best laptop I've had by far and I've had a few. The battery life is great though not as great as advertised. It doesn't quite last 16 hours but I do put alot of strain on the PC with engineering applications so that may be a factor. Still has upwards of 10 hours of battery life even going full throttle. It's pretty well rounded for both gaming and engineering purposes. Though having only one USB port has been a bit of an issue. You can still buy separate additional ports and plug them in though.

Hardware Issues
It was working for a good 2 years and then a few days ago it started having hardware issues. Now I need a new one. Good storage and very easy to carry. Battery dies quickly though.

LA laptop en si , funciona bien hasta ahora, el unico problema es que el cargador, cargaba intermitente, y ya de plano no carga nada. Sabemos que con el uso se va a dañar, pero no tan pronto, por eso le pongo dos estrellas. Al menos el cargador deberia durar el año. Y no se como hacerle con la garantia, la compre en noviembre del 2023, se supone que todavia tiene garantia
