Update: after 2 yrs, I love, love ,love these lights. Had to add my own adhesive in spots, but well worth the effort. They are still bright, all lights are still working, and the have been reliable. I've bought a more familiar brand since and they just don't compare. In fact, most of the G. Brand have malfunctioned and are not bright at all. Wish I could get more Olafus strip lights!!!!!bright lights with intense colors, but they do not stick well on the smooth drop ceiling frame.

Worked perfectly for what I needed, installed them behind my couch. I Was able to get it to work and connect on the app but I am unable to get it to work with my Alexa unfortunately.Edit - I figured out my Alexa problem, had to go in the led app and authorize my account. Now everything works perfectly no problems.

These are a nightmare to keep up. We put these around the ceiling in our son's bedroom and game room. The adhesion is AWFUL. We have had to make several attempts to find the right tape to make them stick. The connectors don't hold tightly so keeping a constant connection is difficult...They're never touched at the height they're at but we still find one strip on and the next off or it's a different color altogether. Takes more time and attention than it should, but the boy loves it so, onward. Strips are flexible and easy to cut. Brightness and color choices are good.

Excellent. I've tried a few other LED light strips and this is the first that actually stayed in place. The colors are good but the blue isn't as bright as the other colors. As with all the light strips you're stuck with the MagicHome software but it does work with IFTTT for scheduling beyond the limitations of MagicHome.

Customer service was fantastic. I had to return the first box because it turned out to be a returned item. A previous customer had removed the sticky backing before returning it. It was super easy to return and I had a brand new light strip within 1 week. As the photos show, I used the 36' light strip above my cabinets. It looks great! Choose a different color every day/night depending on mood. The app was easy to use (can link to music on your phone). Once it's set up on the app, you can just use the included remote for functions.

So I bought this for my kids room and was sitting in the original packaging before I had time to put it up which happened to be today. Opened the box and waoo, the paper on the sticky backing side was complete off. the adapter, lighting was just sort off thrown in, like some body returned after opening and installing it.And of course the light won't even come on, perhaps why it was returned in the first place.I am quite appalled how this garbage was even allowed to be sold let alone at full price. Outside the return window so I will have to eat it. but word of caution, Amazon allows this cheap crap with no quality control to be sold on their site. SO open the packages and check if they are working even if you plan to install them at a later time. Lesson learned

The media could not be loaded.  Very bright lights when turned to 100% brightness . And good thing about this is you can use it with remote or via wireless app.And also it can be connected with Alexa or smart home system easily with being able to control the lights .

My oldest daughter ordered these and we were impressed. So much that her 2 younger siblings used their holiday gift cards to order for their room. Unfortunately, they don't stick as well as we thought and more importantly, the remote quality is not good. The variety of colors and light brightness is great. If you are setting them up in rooms nearby each other, then expect to have eaxh remote control all of the rooms. It is a battle of whose remote will win each night as my Kids' rooms are close and their remotes control each other's lights. I wish there was switch to change the frequency to avoid this from happening.
