Cali76 Stacked Edition Dual-stage Compressor Pedal

I’ve been a comp player since the Ross comp in 79’, so the Orgin 1176 is a no-brainer for my board, so I say get this one and see what you been missing. The Orgin Fx Stacked 1176 comp is all that it’s supposed to be and more. The notes bloom, sustain and it feels like you’re playing silk & steel strings under your fingers, it’s amazing. You will not be disappointing.~Huey~

... Ok for guitar. I struggled to find a good setting that didn't sound woody or feel spongy. Great for classic tone but definitely not modern. Very limited functionality.The BECOS TWAIN has much more functionality. Crossover control and dual band or stacked compression, with full control over knee, speed, release, etc. on both sides.

The cost is the only downside to this magic box. A must-have.

Almost $400 for an extremely subtle sound effect? No thank you! Save your money and buy a pedal that's more than half the price of this. You'll get the same results and have money to spend on another pedal.

Awesome, haven't turned it off since I bought it. Some great always on and overdrive tones.

I used to use the Cal76 cd but got this one.Overall I prefer it slightly over the Cali76 CD version on very dynamic signals like acoustics and vocals, however it does miss the compression ratio of the Cali76 cd. So if electric guitar, synths is your main thing the Cali76 cd might be more versatile and cheaper. For slide rig work, acoustic guitars and absurd sustain sounds the stacked version would sound better / more natural as the compression work would be spread out over two compressors.

An amazing compressor, ideal for all gilmour tones, a bit expensive but quality doesn’t come cheap
