Another great Anker product
This Anker wireless charger is a great product. Apple has to slap magnets on all their new iPhones and cases because aligning their gear is evidently very difficult. Anker just builds products that work as intended and don't grossly over charge for them like Apple. It may not charge your phone in less than an hour, but I sleep more than an hour each night, so this product works fine. There's plenty of play in the tolerance it needs to charge, without grossly over priced lame magnets everywhere! With Apple gear, you must take the time to align it, and then take more time to peal it off, every day!!! This is so much better, I hope Apple is truly embarrassed about how poorly their garbage works in comparison. The addition the 2 USB ports on the back may come in handy too. Now the wireless charger comes with it's own Transformer, reducing the cost of buying the pieces separately. If you sleep more than an hour a day, you'll find it far far far superior to what Apple wants to steal your money for, and it's a lot easier to use! Just lay your phone in it, HEAR THE TONE, and you'll know it's charging. When it's done you don't have to waste the time to peal off some lame magnet, you just pick it up and it's ready to go. I bought one of those over priced Apple 'magnet' chargers, but haven't even bothered to open it. Once I saw how lame Apple's gear in real life was, anyone can realize this is a far better solution. If you buy one, you'll be happy you did. Few products can say that, but Anker sells good stuff.

Fantastic Charger
In most other wireless charger reviews, people complain that the unit just cannot charge the phone fast enough. That is usually because the wireless charger was bought without a plug-in-the-wall matching power brick. So you hook your little 12 watt maximum USB charger to the wireless charger and get bad results (very slow charging). This charger comes with the matching 36 watt power brick you need to charge your phone quickly. It also has two USB ports in the back to chart other devices, which is really icing on the cake. This thing charges fast, looks good, and can charge two other things which wirelessly charging your phone. That is what you need. If you buy a wireless charger without the right power adaptor, you would be disappointed. Get this one so you don't have to worry about having a powerful enough power brick to run it.

Convenient & works great for iPhone
I bought this to charge my iPhone 11 Pro Max, Apple Watch, and Kindle (the latter two via the USB ports on the back). It works exactly as expected. My iPhone charges fast and the back USB ports have plenty of power for smaller devices. If you need the extra USB ports on the back, this is a great deal. You can find cheaper options if you only need the main wireless charger, but for multiple devices, it's handy to have a single wall plug that can handle 3 devices. The only negative is the front bottom plate has a bright blue circle that lights up when a device is charging. I covered that with electrical tape because the blue light is incredibly bright in a dark room. It would be nice to have a way to disable that light or to have it dim much lower after initially connecting a device. Easy to work around and every wireless charger I've used has had a similar issue, so I'm not knocking off a star, but it's something to be aware of.

Another great Anker product! Exceeds my requirements and fulfills my wishes.
I wanted fast wireless charging in a compact easel format, preferably with an additional USB port. I wanted to avoid a branded model with extra features that would work only with that one brand of cell phone. I chose this Anker model because I have had excellent experience with Anker USB cables and chargers. My original intention was to replace a flat format wireless charger that sits on my nightstand. Too often one of my cats or I have slightly dislodged my cell phone during the night, and charging ceased. I set up this Anker charger near my favorite seat during the day, so I could try it out. I also shifted two USB cables I had been using for wired charging of a tablet/earbuds and the cell phone/ereader. The charger handled all the devices I used in testing; I found it so convenient it remains in place. As soon as my budget permits, I am buying a second one for my nightstand.

Good wireless charger
I got this to wirelessly charge my phone while I have a USB-C to HDMI Cable displaying my phone on a monitor. For various reasons I can't stream the phone display I need the physical cable but then I cannot charge it while it's connected. This works fine for that use. I also think it's handy to just plop it down on the charger instead of dealing with cables anymore. It works for charging the phone, I do not use it for the usb hub at all. I trusted the Anker brand and bought plenty of their cables prior to this purchase and so far I have yet to be disappointed. I will say the power cord itself could be longer because I have to have a plug in near enough which limits the placement where I can put the charger. I don't want to use a extender cord either with it.

Great Product and Competitive Price
To be upfront I’ve only had the product for a few days. I’ve used Samsung wireless chargers previously. I like this unit because it has all 3 current charge standards (5w, 7.5W, 10w) to accommodate nearly any brand or model device. I use Samsung phones for work (S8, S9, S10, and Note9) and all have worked without issue. Yes it does fast charge them. I have an iPhone 7S Plus for a personal phone which doesn’t have wireless capability. The fact that you have 2 USB ports for other devices is great. I’m not having to find enough outlets or clutter up my nightstand for other devices. The price is reasonable if not a bargain based on what you are getting. The newer Samsung wireless chargers are as much or more than this unit. It is QI certified and Anker has a good reputation. I would recommend this product.

Great Customer Service
I received the Anker Wireless PowerWave 10 charger on Sunday. Worked like a charm Sunday and Monday. However, Tuesday, no charging. I checked and found that my 6-month on puppy had chewed on the charger's power cable. I called AnkerDirect to order a replacement power cable and learned that it's only sold with the charger. I told Britney, the service rep, that I understood as it was no fault of the company, and that I would look into ordering a new replacement charger - she told me no need to, as her supervisor authorized sending a replacement set to me... AT NO CHARGE. Wow, what great customer service. The charger is awesome, and I like having the 2 USB ports in the back of the charger (which I use for charging AirPods, watch, or iPad as necessary).

Great Customer Service
So it's a charger. I have bunches of them at home, in my car and at work. I bought this so it could sit on my nightstand and not have to 'plug" it in. It's been working like a champ. This week whenever I set it on the stand to charge the blue light would blink, but it wouldn't charge. I could plug it in to the usb cord attached to the base and it would charge, so I knew it wasn't my phone. I searched for an answer to no avail. I emailed Anker at 10:30PM and got a response immediately with suggestions to fix the problem. I had already done several of them, like take off the case, etc. I turned my phone off then on and the problem was solved. I am so impressed with the quick response from Anker. You know how you can send an email to a company for customer service and you get a message back saying "thank you for your email. Our customer service will be back with you in the next 24-72 hours...." They responded immediately. I will stick with Anker for my charging needs.
