Great corkboard
Bought to replace the $8 stick on version that was a complete waste of time & money. This is great, sturdy, large fits my office space perfectly, love it

Awesome cork board
Awesome cork board. Just make sure to use your own hangers. The ones that come in this have about the same structural rigidity as tinfoil and when I attempted to use them the board immediately bent them, leaping off the wall and attacking me. Threw some 3" drywall screws through it directly into some studs and now this thing is never coming down. Hope whomever moves into this office after us likes cork boards!

Good for Kid's Room; Worth What You Pay
I bought this bulletin board for our 5 year-old daughter. The wood frame is beautiful and sturdy, but apparently the finish is not a penetrating stain since it came off with some tape that I accidentally stuck to it.Also, the bulletin board itself is very stiff; it's hard to push pins into, at least for young hands. My only other complaint is the mounting system. It comes with two screws and there are two metal tabs on the back. Apparently, you are supposed to bend the tabs forward and wrap them over the frame. If you did that, they would extend beyond the frame and you could use their holes to hang the board by the frame. But, the tabs and wall mounting would show...yuck!Instead, I used eyelets and screwing them into the back of the frame and strung a wire through them. That way, none of the mounting hardware shows.Overall, it is worth every penny and I'm glad that I bought it. But, it is NOT a premium product.Update: 1/4/14Now three years later, our daughter still loves this bulletin board. It's held up beautifully.

Strong, good looking
Does what I needed it to do. Hung it on the side of the refrigerator.

Almost Broke My Toe, But Beautiful Product!
I accidentally slammed my toe on the edge of this, but there is not a dent in it! Very durable and spacious for 4x4/4x6 photos, notes, and postcards.

Easy to install
It was very easy to put up on the wall. Just a few screws, a screwdriver, a small hammer and a nail for the starter hole.. I did have to make starter holes to support the anchors. Looks very nice.

I like durability
It was to thin for my taste not durable.

Good buy for the money but...
The frame is NOT made of wood. I was intending to paint the frame, and did, but even after using the correct bonding primer, the paint is barely adhering. I read the other cork board descriptions and they stated that their frames used a faux wood wrap. This company should make that clear. That aside, the packaging for this huge cork board was impeccable. Thick styrofoam corners and strips on both sides of the box to keep it in place and away from the box walls. Not sure how this could even get damaged in shipping. Arrived flat with no warping. The cork itself is thin but seems well attached and we can push tacks all the way into the surface. The hanging mechanism seemed like it wouldn't work because it depends on metal brackets sliding under the frame. The back of the cork board is pretty tight against the back of the frame so it really doesn't seem to allow room for the bracket to slide between. But the sheer weight of the board did make it work. When I hung it, I kind of pushed in and then down. I also pushed a couple of metal nuts between the frame and the backer board to create space for the bracket. You'll understand what I mean when you hang it. But trust me, the hanging system works with the wooden board and not just the aluminum frame that they picture in the instructions.

Exactly as described
the cork used is a bit thin but it's good for the regular pins I have.

As elegant as a cork board can hope to be
I ordered one and liked it so much, I decided to order another. The second one arrived damaged and the seller was quick to dispatch a replacement (I was given the option of refund or replacement) and I was allowed to keep the damaged board and have found some use for it.The wood frame is sturdy and of good quality. There are fittings for hanging either vertically or horizontally. There is a handy paper template to facilitate hanging and all the required bits and bobs.It isn't terribly thick but substantial and even in surface. Comes across as a higher than average quality product.

Pretty good so far...
It's working as most corkboards should, holding up papers, receipts, etc. My only complaint with it was that it isn't as deep as I'd like it to be, but that doesn't seem to be quite consequential or really that big a deal at all. I've been using thumbtacks with it, and those tend to have a longer pin than pushpins, so it's not entirely surprising that they don't go all the way in.
