If the product is unflovered but tasty? What does it taste like?

It doesn’t taste like anything unless you put something with taste in it. I used it to make tequila Jell-O shots and it tasted like tequila 👌

Has anyone used this for jello shots?

HI! It's been awhile, but yes I have. I didn't think they were all that good. Maybe it was because of the shot (car boom). There is no flavor the the jello. If your doing simple shots, they should be find. Hope this helps.

Can it be used instead of gelatin for gummy bears?

No! It’s basically sugar and carrageenan. Does not work for confections
