I love my water pitcher. It works great and the taste of the water is incredible. I am lucky to have really good tap water where I am at, and after using my pitcher, I can clearly smell an odor of chlorine on my tap water now which I had never noticed before. I will not drink my tap water without filtering it and I prefer to have healing alkaline water. This pitcher makes it convenient to do both filter and take that chlorinated smell and taste away. If I had anything negative to say about it, I do have trouble keeping the lid snapped into place.

I bought this pitcher because I used to own the Ultra I, so when I saw this one i was instantly interested. I really think they have improved a lot. The old one had a bit of a lid issue but this one blows it out the water. The lid and new body is great way easier to use and the water is great and SUPER alkaline, I can tell this one is going to last long because of how sturdy the base feels. This filter features adjusters that let you control how alkaline you are ready for. The completely took customer notes here because this pitcher is a breeze to use it even comes packed so neatly, my last one did not make this amazing first impression. I actually did a video for the first time because I think people should really now the great differences that happened here! Go EHM! THANK YOU!

I really love the ease of having this pitcher. We were so tired of having to lug in water containers from the store. And the water taste is good. The lid stays on fine with normal use. My only complaint is the filter sometimes seems to get jammed up. And I have to pull it out and shake it really hard. Then when I put it back in the water flows through it.. Until the next time it stops working again. Kind of annoying.

Finding a water filter that removed contaminants and added alkaline benefits was important. After comparing several pitchers for price, quality and customer review, this one seemed to be the winner. The pitcher is a great size, lid stays on when pouring and filter is easy to change. Water taste is greatly improved and the flow through the filter is more than reasonable. The only improvement I would recommend is stating more clearly on the product description which contaminants are removed by this filter. I did find the information after some research, but would be a better selling point if stated in product info. Looking forward to the benefits of drinking alkaline water regularly.

I just upgrade from the older version of this Pitcher. I must say I'm impressed. They listened to the customers reviews of the older pitcher. The original pitcher lid kept falling off while pouring the water. With this newer version the lid has been redesigned so that the lid stays in place. Problem resolved. As for taste the pitcher produces high quality tasting Alkaline Water. I've been using a electronic PH Tester, and my readings are always in the 9.5 Alkaline range. I would highly recommend this Premium Alkaline Water Pitcher

The filter that came with this pitcher didn't really adjust pH of my tap water. Very disappointing. I did buy the 3-pack of premium filters so I am trying one of them. The original NEVER flushed out anything like described. This replacement IS flushing out carbon tainted water so hopefully it is working better than the original filter. I will report back when I sample new water with pH strips. And I ordered a white picture and got blue 🤪.

Water taste is very good. Lid is secure unlike some of the reviews state. I don't know if this is a redesign but I have had no trouble and enjoy the pitcher very much. The only down side is waiting for the filtration process. That is the same for other water filtration pitchers I gave had.

I've had my alkaline pitcher for a couple of years so I am used to replacing the filters. However, this particular filter makes the water smell and taste really bad. I compared it to the water straight from the faucet, and the faucet water had a much cleaner taste, and did not have the smell it had after being filtered. I filled up the pitcher and dumped it out over 10 times and it still tastes horrible. I don't know what these filters did to my water but never again! Please be careful and make sure your water smells clean before drinking.
