It’s been a great product to use. It’s reasonably priced. And it’s helped with joint pain and health.

I have the worst knees in the world. Due to a hereditary condition I have had to have both of them replaced. But that does not stop me from my workouts. This product makes a big difference in my joint pain. I love Thorne products because of the quality. I have bought this several times as it is included in my daily supplements.

I ahve used several brands of glucosamine and Chondroitin and have noticed no differences in effectiveness, but the capsule form, rather than hard pill form of other brands is easier to swallow. As far as I kanow there are no proper studies that prove the efficacy of this supplement, but I, and lots of other people, take it and are believers - it does help maintain joint health and mobility. I’m old and without this, my joints feel old! Recommended!

So Amazon sent me a reprimand saying my first review horrified the community or something, so I’ll try to be very careful this time. My hip joint started hurting, which impeded my running. I had to stop running. I bought the pills. I started taking the pills every day. About two weeks later my hip joint started feeling better. A lot better. (I hope I haven’t offended the community thus far.) Like so much better I could actually run again. I’ve been taking the pills for a month now. I’m back to five miles a day. I credit the pills, though maybe it’s coincidence. Who knows. They don’t make my stomach hurt and are easy to swallow. I hope the community is alright from this heartfelt review, and I apologize for inadvertently terrorizing you all with my first try.
