This is destined for my motorbike which I use as a daily commuter. The back to back storms have prevented me from fitting it properly so I’ve only bench checked it on an old car battery. The readout is easy to read and the button is easy to operate. The two small zip ties it comes are handy allowing it to be mounted wherever needed. It is a dinky thing and seems plenty robust enough for my needs.

Works perfectly fo my set up. Simply plugged in to the output of my solar charge convertor which comes directly from the leisure battery and then I can have a nice clear indication of how much charge is left in the battery even at night time. Also very small in size which is what I needed.

The device is well made and i used it as part of my DIY solar battery which powers a pond pump. It works as advertised and is waterproof. I removed the two lugs which allow you to screw the device to a surface and glued instead. the measurement should be taken as a guide and will depend on your set up as to the accuracy. for example if you measure the batteries while not charging via solar then it is very accurate. i would recommend using in conjunction with a simple panel volt meter if you want a more detailed reading. The manufacturer included high quality long cables and it just works.

I use this on my motorbike battery to indicate the remaining charge (because an alarm is connected to the battery so sometimes it loses charge if I leave the alarm on for a longer period). The specification states "It will be automatically sleep after 30 seconds no operation". That is not true. It must be switched off manually every time as it does not go sleep mode automatically. And even the manual does not mention anything about this feature at all. Apart form that it is a nice little product for that price.

Bought this for my fella who always has several batteries on charge at any one time (it must be a man-thing) so it helps to check how charged up the batteries are, he says it works great and he’s very happy with it.

I'm using this on a small (22ah) deep discarge sealed mobility scooter type battery.It seems to give an accurate, linear indication as the charge depletes.It starts off lit up, and will stay lit unless you turn it off with the button.

Its ok ut it doesnt turn automatically off after 30 sec. The manual doesnt say anything about it so i think it has wrong stated in the product description.
